Chaos Space Marine Warband!

I'm bored and I have a new army to paint. Let's make a CSM Warband with the 1d4chan creation tables!

1d10 to decide if it's a legion Warband or a renegade chapter! It's first come first serve!

Bump

Rolled 3 (1d10)

Alright it's a renegade chapter! Roll 1d100 for why theyou went renegade

*they*

Rolled 29 (1d100)

This space marine chapter dabbled in the dark arts! Whether or not it was for pure reasons or not they were still excommunicated when it was discovered! Roll 1d100 for their founding chapter!

Rolled 23 (1d100)

OP is gone, so I'm takin over. Warband is a descendant from the Ultramarines.

roll 1d10 for beliefs.

Rolled 9 (1d10)

Weird

FOR THE DARK GODS

Warband is fanatical in their devotion. Roll a 1d12 for who the Chapter worships.

Rolled 10 (1d12)

Hoping for Khorne

Caw caw motherfucker

Roll 1d10 for how these fanatical beliefs in Tzeentch materialize.

Rolled 6 (1d10)

Rolled 19 (1d100)

Woops, that was supposed to be a 1d100, typo left off one zero, I'll roll.

Huh, same result. Gods Above All, the Warband reveres Tzeentch above everything. The Warband exists to serve Tzeentch and his divine will.

Roll 1d10 for demeanor.

Rolled 4 (1d10)

Rolled 1 (1d10)

Bumping revival!

I CAN FEEL THE WARP OVERTAKING ME

IT IS A GOOOOD PAIN

The Warband believes in corruption above all. They love being twisted by the warp and corrupting other things as well. Mutations are seen as divine gifts, and the Warband is willing to work with abhumans and mutants.

Roll 1d10 for mutations.

Rolled 8 (1d10)

DO YOU HEAR THE VOICES TOO?!

The Warband is obsessed with close combat and always charges to engage in melee.

Roll 1d100 for figure of legend.

Rolled 63 (1d100)

A little bland of a mutation, but alright.

This guy messed up the order, it's mutations then mental deficiencies. The mutation is actually body horror

True to their fanatical love of mutation and corruption nearly every member of the Warband has been mutated and warped in some freakish way. Now roll 1d10 for a common mental deficiency.

Bump

Bamp

Fuck it I'll take over

>8
Body horror, our bodies are mutated to the point we are horrifying and just looking at us makes people go insane, so Cthulhu apparently.

need a 1d10 for what our flaw is due to our fanatic beliefs.

Hooray for Cthulhu

Rolled 2 (1d10)

>2
Horus, is that you?

Essentially we have memory problems and are prone to hallucinating. Mind games for everyone, what is real today?

d100 for our figure of legend

Rolled 48 (1d100)

War band leader, Daemon Prince or Chaos Lord of our choice. Rather bland unfortunately but thats the roll.

Another d100 for deed of legend

Rolled 11 (1d100)

Rolled 2 (1d100)

I figure a Daemon Prince wouldn't lead a Warband unless they're affiliated with Khorne. I mean they're already immortal so what else do they have to gain?

generic all day, killed a lot of Imperials and is known as a scourge upon the Imperium.

d100 for homeworld.

In a few novels the Daemon Princes do compete against each other, the Grey Knights omnibus has a novel about a tzeentch daemon who wished to gain more knowledge. It is possible a daemon prince may lead an army if it is trying to gain something useful to it.

Rolled 15 (1d100)

What I think might be more interesting about the chapter is that it's descended from the Ultramarines. To my knowledge I don't think any Ultramarine chapter has gone renegade

JUST AS THE CODEX ASTARTES PLANNED!

Feudal World.

another d100 for its terrain type

Rolled 39 (1d100)

All these low rolls!

Sorry had to run down to the shops.

Warp twisted! seems fitting, we roll again for the base terrain, just influenced by chaos.

Rolled 9 (1d100)

so a jungle warp twisted feudal world as our home base.

a d10 for our combat doctrines

...

Rolled 8 (1d10)

Didn't work for some reason

Siege and Attrition. Essentially Iron Warriors.

d100 for special equipment

Rolled 36 (1d100)

Ancient weaponry, we have goodies from before the heresy or even further back before the Dark Age of Technology.

d10 for warband status

Figures the Ultramarines Successor would haveall the goodies

Rolled 6 (1d10)

damn only typical strength.

d100 for our allies

Rolled 36 (1d100)

Better than dying out

Dark Mechanicus/Titan legion.

Suits the siege theme

d100 for enemies

Rolled 91 (1d100)

I can imagine that the Warband focuses on training their troops and they let the Mechanicus focus on making their siege engines

Rolled 27 (1d100)

100 get!

Bump

specific ork warboss and/or WAAAARGH!

...

SO to summarize
>renegade chapter
>dabbled in dark arts and got caught
>Ultramarines geneseed
>Fanatical devotion
>devoted to JUST AS PLANNED
>worship Tzeentch above all, exsisting to serve his whims
>corruption is desired by the chapter and mutants are welcome because of this
>horribly mutated bodies, making them shredding to the sanity just to look at
>suffer hallucinations and memory problems
>warband figure of legend is our leader/ daemon prince/chaos lord
>scourge of the Imperium, killed a lot of people
>home worlds is a feudal warp twisted jungle world
>siege and attrition is our bread and butter of warfare
>have ancient technology at our command
>nominal strength
>buddies with the dark mechanicus/ trator titan legions
>hated by an Ork warboss and/or WAAARGH!

Sounds pretty cool IMO
