Bit of baggage here, so listen up.

My group are playing an MGS campaign. It's long-haul, tacticool and narrative-y with an original story and setting taking place in the same world. We lost one player so that game is now on hiatus while I find a replacement.

In the meantime, we're playing a weird west intermission setting. Demons and cowboys deal. The tagline for this campaign is "Pirates of the Caribbean but with Cowboys".

I'm looking for a player 4, if you're interested hit me up and we'll talk about dropping you into the western game. If I like you enough there, I'll consider you for the MGS one. I'm not /usually/ picky about players, but my player history has been fairly meh and this campaign is in it for the long-haul so I'm being pickier than usual.

ERP has eroticism as an important, almost crucial element of its reason to exist. Non-ERP campaigns will often have moments of sexuality.

I mean, technically speaking they are, even if both of the examples you cite are quite mild and softcore.

You're building a strawman to try and knock me down a couple of pegs, but in order to prove your point you would have to tell me that Mass Effect and Titanic don't depict sex.

Background setting: it is after the God Wars, the Titanomachy, in which the various liches and dragons burned each other to ash, the clockwork hordes rampaged the world, meteors smote the great cities, plagues and floods and other shit went down... about 10 years ago. You are now survivors from the fringes, living in small outskirt towns that survived the cataclysm, picking up the pieces as you sift through the ruins of once-great civilizations cast down.
All the high-level mages were zapped, and their towers with them. The new generation of apprentices will want to crib /your/ spellbook if you're a wizard.
