My first drow was basically goofy evil; he was constantly trying to jam spiders into the party members, kept a deathwatch spider as a pet, convinced the only lawful aligned party member that killing elves keeps beholders from holding grudges against the group, and peed all over the holy vestments and artifacts of a cult that had set up shop in what looked like a temple of Lolth. His end goal was to somehow trick the party into going into the Underdark and sacrifice them to Lolth, but he was slowly warming to the group and was just going to gift them as slaves to his sisters. He died getting melted to death by an Azer.
All in all, he was the party's comic relief character.
