depends on how fast you need the money and whether you need it all at once. Hit a series of ATMs, find someone on local bitcoins that can accommodate a large amount of cash. Purchase gold directly with btc and sell for cash. Transfer to USD via coinbase and transfer to a checking account, but be prepared to get fisted by the IRS
