Top 5 favorite d&d monsters or creatures

Im interested in the opinions of all the d&d players on this board. I'm curious to know interesting creatures to play with on campaigns.

My top 5 are as follows:

2: Beholder
1: The Astral Dreadnought

5.Neutronium Golem
4.Beholder

1.Red Dragon

Jesus Christ, I have never heard of a Neutronium Golem before. Thats fucking insane.

2: Beholder
1: Zuggtmoy. Yes, she's not a monster, but still, I have an inhuman lust for her.

5. Housecat, bane of !st level commoners everywhere.

She's lost a bit of weight recently.

In no particular order:

1. Illithid
2. Rust Monster
3. Mimic
4. Stirge

No order: rust monster, magma para-elemental, storm giants, balors, and rakshasas

Blink dog
Mind flayer
Owlbear
Harpy
Were creatures

...

In no particular order: flumph, hobgoblin, roper,

My absolute favorite part about the neutronium golem is that it can move at the speed of light, but only has 60ft of darkvision. I'm sure it's lead to some awkward moments.

No particular order, bulettes, dopplegangers, dragons, owlbears, giant crocodiles.

>I'm sure it's lead to some awkward moments.
>Be Neutronium golem.
>Running along doing my thing.
>Suddenly slip on a banana peel and get launched into the sun at lightspeed.
>Bollocks.
