So I started a new campaign in Total Warhammer as the Empire. As I'm crushing the secessionists at Grunburg, I hear Franz say during the battle "This is why you don't give the provinces power."
Does Franz not believe in the individual sovereignty of each individual state? OR is he just salty that he has to take back his own province from rebels?
