Thinking about it, if anything the actual relaunch of satoshipay will be the testing ground for this coin. If satoshipay is profitable then lumens will go up.

You may be right but I've seen cases where people told me sometihng ws priced in but it just hadnt gained traction yet. then it gets price increase a couple hours later.

Yes most of it should be. When satoshipay initially talked about a deal with iota, it increased iota by 40% or so in july 17-20 then it returned to the normal.
