A Paladin of love would just be a generic Neutral Good Paladin with a bent toward stopping evil that is particularly damaging to relationships and likely would place more emphasis on understanding the consequences of violence.

Not all Paladins worship a specific god, and it's really up to the specific paladin as to whether or not they'll specialize in a type of evil to fight. The D&D default is that they fight all evil everywhere because fighting any sort of evil is a worthwhile endeavor.
