You'd think "Human Edge" would be more than just a single spot. Unless this is just a chart meant to represent the stations.

Are these all the human planets? I thought the fabled "Archeon Falls" was about a planet named Archeon. Don't know much about the fluff, whats the rumored story suppose to be?

Acheron isn't a location, it's a blockade based around Paradiso stopping dirty aliens from getting to the rest of the human sphere.

So basically Paradiso is utterly fucked and CA is going to start taking over other planets soon.

It's essentially the wormhole region leading into the Paradiso system from CA territory half a galaxy away. Despite horrendously low survival rates of incoming xenos ships, the EI has billions to spare anyway.
