First for the Greatfather Nurgle

>Still not including the new FAQ

Dark Eldars rule, first place

Xth for being able to brighten Averland Sunset consistently.

Magnus lost?!

Shamefur dispray

Brimstone horror rumor was true(and by extension, everything else in that rumor is true)

warhammer-community.com/2016/11/24/looking-forward-to-wrath-of-magnus-daemons/

Wrath of Magnus will not be full-on Tzeentch Daemonkin but rather will update CSM and Daemons separately.

Rumor about 2++ invuln primaris power and the rubric being castable to turn loyalists in to rubric marines is probably bs

The lion knows Magnus true name

"Hi, Magnus!"

First for The Black Omegas.

Off to the pain farms with you.

>Rumor about 2++ invuln primaris power and the rubric being castable to turn loyalists in to rubric marines is probably bs
Seeing as it was bundled with proved wrong stats for magnus, yes.

Could you please post the rumor? not the confirmation

Why so cryptic lmfao how do we know magnus lost?

>"Eldars" with an s
>"first place" but 3rd post

Whatever, you'll make a nice Grotesque.

God im not even the POSTER but he is TRYING his BEST

>Chaos are the good guys

I can't decide if I want my T-Sons to go with regular blue-gold scheme, or red-gold preheresy scheme.
I've heard that in one threads someone posted edited photo with red but I couln't find it.

What do you think about it? Blue or red?

The red looks amazing but will be hard work if you go with the forgeworld colour scheme (which is the best looking)

1ksons look good in Tzeentchian blue, and red and gold kind of infringes on Khorne territory, but go ahead and choose whichever one you like most. You could cross-reference Forge World's 1ksons against the new 40k ones.

it's not 2+ it's +2 to existing inv save.

Nth for Genestealer nationalism

Depends on your fluff. If you want Pre-Heresy Red, post- then Blue. I personally prefer the red/gold but then again, I member when Magnus wasn't a giant, red furry cyclopse demon

Regardless, still bullshit

angron? perturbo?

>Magnus last after all
[Citation needed]

classic magnus is best magnus

I really hope they keep the snake motif if they make a Fulgrim model.

Would a chapter/unit/whatever of Grey Knights dedicated solely to helping out the Adeptus Mechanicus have any basis in lore?

Trying to go for a tough elite army, last thread you guys told me Grey Knights and Admech. Figured I'd go for a little of both.

Can genestealers infest Marines?

>Magnus the red
>blue

Not even close, a Primus is the pinnacle of tactical genius, space orphans can't come close to the ferocity of the genestealers

No, read the Grey Knights codex. All 8 of the brotherhoods are clearly defined.

There is an Adeptus Mechanicus fortress floating above Titan which is solely dedicated to supplying the Grey Knights with the best equipment.

>minion of the lord of change and deception

Of course, Space marines fall prey to the siren call of the four armed emperor easily. Once they see the truth they willingly submit to the call of the void.

His true name is Magnus the Redbeard.

I love the idea of oath broken but fuck black legion, how does a broken bunch of marines that have been outcasted and left behind made their own warband sound?

How is this reflected in the crunch?

I'd say that's probably par the course for renegades stemming from traitors and loyalists.

i don't believe so but if the alpha legion can corrupt 40% of a chapter with some brain washing then it should be possible

Doesn't everyone?

It's not. Convert some Genestealer-Marines and ally them with your GSC if you want.

Its not, marines aren't needed to conquer and overthrow the futile defenses of this galaxies lifeforms. Marines are simply bonus biomass to be absorbed by the star gods.

Hey anons. New to the hobby. Is it worth it to go to the local GW store tomorrow for black friday? Do they do any sales or is it the usual GW style ive heard so much about?

>bitsandkits.co.uk/
Avoid. I placed an order a few months back without a hitch, decided to go for a bigger one and it was delayed for over a month after a hand-written email claimed that it was sorry about the package being delayed, but it had been sent. Started a conflict with them through PayPal the other week and all of a sudden my bits are in the mail. Looked online, plenty of experiences similar to mine. Avoid.

>black friday
>niche wargame based around attracting people with addictive personalities, large pockets, and no self control, and siphoning as much money from them as possible

You're looking at 5% TOPS, MAYBE, IF THE OWNER OF THE STORE HAS STOCK THAT HE NEEDS TO GET RID OF

Buy from a FLGS or thewarstore. 25% off.

Not really, but there are specific, specialized techmarines and techpriests who are specialized in purging daemonic code and technology. They have binaric cant defragmenting programs loaded up and delivered via hexagrammic ward inscribed cables, and other assorted pieces of their armory for just such purposes.

These are from FFG, though, and are highly sought after specialists that are pretty hard to come by for anyone not as powerful as an Inquisitor or high-ranking Magos.

Not sure. Space Marines have huge resistance to diseases and genetic fuckery, but are still highly vulnerable to a lot of weird alien shit. They probably are, and certainly were back in Rogue Trader, but ultimately it's more easy and productive for a genestealer to infest baseline humans instead. They typically don't have armor (or armor that effective) in the way of their infection vector.

Space marines don't tend to leave their wounded behind whereas chaos don't tend to give a fuck about each other

genestealers don't infest individuals in the way you're thinking of

Some kind of tactical genius....

...

Fine and dandy. I rolled one much like them myself on the 1d4 Creation Tables for fun when rolling up enemies for a Space Marine Chapter.

Turns out they have enemies in the form of an opposing Chaos Warband as well, one that's better staffed, has better recruitment, more chaotic gifts and favor to show for their devotion, and even worships and opposing god.

Frankly, warbands who get the shit end of the stick can be fun as hell to fluff out.

Shit, don't suppose the guy who built that liveblogged how he did it?

>30 Prospero Marines for 30$
Not a bad deal, desu senpai

>liveblogged
Ree.

Any new leaks?

Saw the Community site Tzeentch Daemon stuff

What do I buy after DW:OK for GSC? Should I just work on their decurion?

LGS I work at (not GW) gibs 30% on GW stuff and 25% on everything else.

>Saw the Community site Tzeentch Daemon stuff

I hadn't seen this before. Brimstone Horrors are cute.

>FW no longer sells Ork Fighta bomma kits

Is anyone gong to give me shit for kitbashng one fromma dakkajet body? Any major size differences?

>First
>Not seventh
Pfft, unbeliever.

>Brimstone Horrors

They must be getting their own kit because right now the only way to get your hand on them is through the Silver Tower boxed set (and Ebay).

Just picked up some Blighted ogrun Warspears for £13 on ebay, what a steal! Just need 5 more and I've got all the stuff I need for my Grotesquery

Where you at? I could order you some in then ebay them to you next time I do an order

I believe they're a little bigger, but I doubt anyone would give you shit.

Tempting but I know a guy with one of those lists

Thank you user for reminding me

They can, but Space Marines are sterile and cannot breed, so it's not terribly effective. Apothecaries can probably cleanse the infection with reapplication of geneseed or something.

...They do, actually.

Can you use the riptide's nova reactor if the riptide is stuck in close combat?

Acolytes.

Lots, and lots, of Acolytes.

Why do people say decurion for other factions? Is decurion not a necron exclusive thing?

>in the way you're thinking of
The genestealer's kiss gives the host an intense desire to procreate and to protect their now hybrid offspring, but that's as far as it goes. The rest is the genestealer's psychic/hypnotic stare.

and with regards to space marines it's been shown to have even less effect. That's why the techmarines in space hulk were stuck to the walls, aliens-style, rather than fighting you as game pieces.

Decurion is the original formation thing.
So people use it as a general description for other race's equivalent.

>played Tzeentch daemons since 5th
>get to go full silly again because of splits
>still grossly op because of summoning

Fuck

Chinaman still taking orders? I haven't bought from him in about a year.

What actually IS a decurion?

It puts them under psychic thrall of the Patriarch.

Space Marines as you say are probably particularly resistant to that, but that doesn't mean they cannot be infected and, if isolated from their Chapter for a long period of time, could easily fall to the Broodmind (Marines go renegade to Chaos all the time after all).

Store manager confirmed no sales for Black Friday.

a Detachment made of specific Formations and Army List Entries instead of Battlefield Role slots.

Like, for example, instead of Mandatory 1 HQ 2 Troop with optional Elites/Fast Attack/Heavy Support etc. a "Decurion" will be mandatory such-and-such Core Formation with optional this and that Formation and specific units.

>"Fenris laid devasted and unless the battle was somehow stopped it, the wind of change will claim it forever, the sons of Fenris and the Lion bloodied but determined continued to push into the center of all, Magnus, the bastard brother of Russ and the Lion, battling with his brother clashing in an relentless exchange of pain and fury, surrounded by the hellish denizens of the warp, unable to intervene in such combat, Magnus an unparalleled psyker begin to prepare his death blow against his brother, the daemons pushed back by the energies he was summoning, the astartes found themselves unable to advance, nor the gifts given to them by the Emperor, nor the power of their vehicles would be enough, Asmodai trough conviction alone found the strength to gaze into such Titanic battle, the Lion remained immobile, with defiance drawn in his face, a word was muttered, lost in the Maelstrom caused by Magnus, the daemonic primarch found himself paralysed, as a statue, unable to deal the last blow with his foul magics, the Lion advance towards his brother with vengeance in his eyes and struck the daemon in his baleful eye, the scream of Magnus resounding in Fenris, causing pain in the never born, like a miniature star, Magnus collapsed into himself drawing with him everyone within reach but one immobile object, when the warp surge finally dissipated only the Lion was left"

Russ fags and Magnus fags BTFO, pride of the first legion

You're drunk

...Bagnus is booped in the eye and banished?

Yes, a Daemon Primarch jobs.
Shocking ain't it?

Pretty much, Prospero all over again.

Shit fanfic/10. Go bait elsewhere.

> made me laugh way too fucking hard

It's in Spanish, what do you want from me?

Ah well, it's fine.
I love T-Sons for their aesthetic, not their shit Primach

If this is true... then Chaos once again confirmed as Z-tier saturday morning cartoon villain in a rubber mask, defeated at every turn, the only "victories" claimed off screen and meaningless.

The Tau and their 23 worlds are more of a threat than the horrors of the Warp, legions of Chaos Space Marine veterans + Daemon Primarchs and the Chaos Gods

...

Is Blood Angels 10 man Death Company squad with power sword, bolt pistol and jump pack (380pts) worth it?

I counted 10 S4,ap5 shots and 50! S5 Ap3 meele attack+HoW and with Death Company Chaplain they can reroll all failed to hit and to wound. They also got 3+(as all SM) and FNP

yes

no

Proof.

Implying tau isn't either chaos, necron or old god creation

>witch
>deatch

Power Swords, probably not. Mauls would be better for ID'ing GEQ and slapping vehicles. You're unlikely to encounter MEQ blobs of that size these days.

It's also not worth giving everyone a power weapon. You need some dudes to eat bullets for the (even more) expensive guys.

There is nothing of importance at stake against the Tau. GW pulls some random system and planet out of its ass every time it focus on the Tau Empire. Fenris is a planet with pedigree in the setting and is far more important to fans than anything the Tau Empire will fight over.

> asmodai drinks conviction out of a trough

Tau are an Eldar creation.

So my friends are running a mini tournament, 1500 points 1 CAD 1 Formation limit. We're having trouble deciding how one of them can take GSC since its a Decurion style detachment with formations within the formation. Can he take the CAD + Decurion or just the Decurion? Pic related
