thanks for linking the devcon talk, if you haven't watched it already you need to. I mean the valuation is great but the tech built of 0x protocol is going to be the shit. Anything built on 0x protocol is going to take fees in ZRX. All of the future decentralized exchanges will be using ZRX to pay fees, not ETH. This is so fucking comfy.

Op here. I'm pretty new to crypto, and this is the first coin where I really did my own research and it just started looking more and more promising.

The main FUD against this coin, which isn't really fud but just a statement of fact, is that it's a bet on the Eth ecosystem. If that takes off, this low-cap coin is going to be an utterly essential part of all the new coins, platforms, services, exchanges, everything. The network effect is just fucking overwhelming, the more things that use the protocol the more entrenched and useful it will be.

So yeah - if your thesis is that Eth won't make it, avoid this coin. If you think Eth will still be here 5, 10, 20 years from now, you should be holding this coin IMO.

The other thing is there are so many potential catalysts for mooning coming up.

First, the decentralized exchanges using 0x are all still on the way, some are starting betas right now but way more are still coming in the spring. The beauty of this coin is, whichever exchange wins DOESN'T FUCKING MATTER, since they all use the protocol they almost *benefit* from competition because increases in liquidity on one exchanges means an increase in liquidity for everyone.

Second, the Eth mooning going on right now is brand new, and there's a bit of lag before that rising tide lifts the boats of utility ERC20 tokens. Again, ZRX is a bet on Eth (protip: all ERC20 tokens are).

Third, there is a huge wild card with this coin that could be insane. (The probability of this happening is unknown, so it's not a solid reason to invest like the other two above, just something to fuel your lambo wet dreams). ZRX has super deep ties with the Coinbase team. Investors for ZRX, and people acting as advisors, include coinbase co-founders and developers. Coinbase has been talking about listing some ERC20 tokens for some time now, and ZRX has the exact pedigree that would make it a promising coin to list. It's a mature project with an incredible team. Coinbase's #1 aversion to listing a token would be accidentally listing some shitty scamcoin, because then Normies get burned and cry foul, Coinbase's reputation gets tarnished, and they lose out on fortune in fees they are collecting right now acting as middlemen during a mania. So, ZRX's stability makes it really attractive there, and since they know people working on it and formerly worked with them they trust it's not a scam. Also, ZRX is not a direct competitor with them: ZRX is at present about token/token exchanges within Eth, while coinbase is about token/fiat exchanges. Even the affiliated coinbase exchanges are more about trading cryptos with different blockchains rather than an Eth-centric marketplace.

So yeah, TLDR the conditions are right for this to be one of the first tokens listed on coinbase.

Finally, full disclosure, I'm very, very new to crypto and this is the first project that I've really researched, so I'm not a seasoned pro by any means. I have a couple months in crypto, like you, this is one of the few own research I actually did and went 50% been in the ups and downs with out selling a single piece since ZRX will break the billion dollars market cap very easily next year.

I personally invite anyone interested to actually investigate for a day or two everything about 0x project and then buy instead of fomoing that most of you doing, this way you won't let your weak hands affect the price action in a negative way.

dnt uses the 0x protocol like a dozen or more projects coming out, 0x protocol's token is called ZRX which you need to operate using the aforementioned protocol.

This was my first ICO and my start in crypto. I took profits off my stack a while ago but still hold 10k 0x. 0x doesn't get threads on Veeky Forums. They're always quiet. That's okay though.

It takes a while for coins that don't have a lot of shilling around them to catch on, but when they're as solid as this one, you get actual healthy growth.

Korea is passing laws to regulate the market and exchanges at this very moment. Same will happen with EU and USA soon or later, you don't need to actually be a genius to realize fully decentralized exchanges will take over in 2018 and guess what project is up and running this scene 0xProject ZRX ;)

Dude... I never even thought of that. Though at present I don’t know if there are any planned ways that ZRX interacts with other blockchains, it’s just for tokens.

I think this project is promising but you should broaden your scope a bit desu, your posts in this thread of come off as zealous, like this guy feels . Further, there are projects with equal or greater potential demand/market cap forecast.

Unfortunately I was a little late to the 0x and district0x train, but just about all of my holds are mooning like crazy right now anyway so I'm not too upset (XRB and REQ mainly), but it burns a little extra too because they were on my "to do" list of shit to research but I never got around to it. So over the next couples days I'll go balls deep into researching these. I hold MANA, and that's what originally got me interested is through it's connection to district0x and thus 0x). Hopefully when I'm researching it'll be a nice dip after this moon.

Why did it moon anyway? Did any rumor/news trigger it? I'll add airswap to my list of stuff to read about tomorrow, and if you have any other recommendations throw them my way, I'll give you one I like a lot: Zen Protocol.

Also, I think the devs should implement token burning (for fees like REQ) purely for a speculative increase in value. Don't know how that affects the technicals of the project, just saw it mentioned on a thread where the dev was asked about it. The actual valuation of the token is still a bit elusive to me.
