So, let's say I choose Temperance and Death. The first 200 years I cannot die no matter what. However, what happens if I don't meditate? Would I just be killable or would I die immediately? What if, after, fifty years, I know I'm going to be in the middle of a war zone, so I start meditating again. Would I need to meditate for fifty years to be unkillable, or would I become unkillable for as many hours as I meditate for?

It seems the usage of "eternal life" is inappropriate, seeing as how you have to meditate to actually continue living. So you either "live" as a mummified corpse, after death or whatever, or you just drop dead after 200 years if you've never meditated. I'm guessing the unkillable part only refers to not dying of old age, not anything else.

I think giving people a reason to work together is very important. The CYOA I'm working on has a fantasy world besieged by some type of evil monsters, and it has various classes with different roles for the players to choose from.

One of the gifts the goddess gives you is a magic necklace strung with five gemstones, all of which are the same but unique to you. This necklace combined with at least one of your gems gives you some sort of magical HUD that shows your health and other things. When you exchange a gem with someone else it will let you to sense their class, their health, their general location (more accurate the closer they are), and when they enter combat. I think this is a nice way to promote user teamwork and add a video game-like party mechanic to a CYOA.

If that's the case then you may as well just take Temperance and ignore Death entirely. The only way to die under Temperance is violently.

1) Judgment for a new life I can design. I'll be starting over from a young age. Extreme beauty and a familial setup for success is a given, but just as important is a healthy body. I have health issues this would resolve nicely.
2) Magician for more motivation/drive/discipline. I have a lot of problems with that and while many would be resolved through Judgment, don't want to risk it. Target would be top marks in school--something I'd want anyways.
3) The Fool:
a) Temperance. Since I'm de-aging, I don't want eternal youth coming too early. Hope to stabilize around 21-years-old.
b) Strength. Growing into it sounds pretty solid.

I think his idea makes sense in context. I mean, think about it, it actually makes a bit more sense that the calories get converted into gel instead of teleporting away.

Except you don't have to be the accused to recognize projection. The projector can realize what their doing, as well as a third party.

On top of that, there are situations where it makes so little sense to accuse someone of something that the accuser's hangups become obvious to any observer in a position to recognize it.
