Nothing yet, but I hope I can do a little rip and tear in Longacre come Tuesday!

>only burning heretics
>not burning EVERYTHING

TOO SOON EXECUTUS

>check last thread
>realize I did in fact forget to actually give my character's origin
>character was so uninteresting that nobody even pointed it out

welp, time to kms

Why is Rags so perfect? Too bad he skips leg day

Bitch ain't even got legs!

Remember, tentacles are for Aberrations, and Aberrations are not for Lamashtu!

Why don't you just kill your character and make a new one?

Which was yours?

>implying animals do not have tentacles

Oh you sweet summer child

the other one from Ustalav

>in chat
>'omg he has legs what'

It's hard to work your legs when you don't have them most of the time.

I killed a couple hags, their servants, a few witches and quite a few Deep One cultists. It's too bad the game got cancelled; Burn the Witch seems like it could have made for some really cool, dramatic moments.

There's a LOT of characters floating around. Newer ones can get lost in the shuffle.

I wasn't uninterested, I was just busy updating the character listings.

16 men, 24 women, which means we're back to a 2:3 ratio, and 14 of them are human.

but user what if i am a heretic

Are you a cute heretic?

(Retoast because I was a bit late in the last thread)

I'm working on some Antipaladin archetype homebrew that's something sort of like an Aberrant Aegis but with a larger emphasis on being an outer world horror / Cthulu Mythos inspired beast who uses their "suit" to turn into a beast with a mesh of abilities. You'd lose Smite Good and casting, tempted to turn Touch of Corruption into something else.

I need ideas for customizations, like the Aegis there are 3 routes, yet instead of based off of armor we have Face, Brawn, Skill (I have different names for this in my googledoc), but there's a 4th general route that is for those who want it all. Face is your Cha/Wis route if you wanna be some sorta ideal Hastur figure, Brawn for the Str/Con lovers, and Skill for your Dex/Int cheesebois.

Tentacles are for Aberrations, not Animals, silly greentext man!

Since we are doing 1 or 2 sentence blurbs about our character ideas

>Prophetic dreams of fire drive him to far off lands in search of a brilliant garnet to unleash the glory of the sun on those who would seek to diminish the flames power

Now if only I can build it mechanically. Every time I find something cool (like the Immolator inquisitor) it gets hit with something silly like -2 wisdom! Why does that exist! Ifrits pls.

Land mammals do not have tentacles, and those are the primary purview of Lamashtu.

You could human your way into it.

That still doesn't narrow it down, user! Like, half of the people in that thread know where Ustalav is.

this, human your way right into that boypussy

That is what it looks like I will end up doing. And ifrit would have been perfect unless I just want a sorc. I tried oracle and it just doesnt mesh. Burn me now this is so hard.

It's better this way, desu

YOU!

IT'S YOU!

THE PROMETHEAN!

What are the founding families of Sandpoint?

>the Kaijitsu (glassmakers and jewelers), the Valdemars (shipbuilders and carpenters), the Scarnettis (loggers and millers), and the Deverins (farmers and brewers)

>THE PROMETHEAN!

>mfw this reminded me how everyone in the party might acquire titles throughout the adventure.

What are some titles you have acquired in your campaigns? Are there any you hope to acquire for a character, or hope to see another gain?

But user, don't you mean...

THE PROMEMETHEAN?!

post you're face when aroden lives

My cavalier got the epithets of 'the crunchy', 'the flammable' and 'the rhyming'.

Three separate occasions, mind.

And the town is only 40ish odd years old, right?

>tfw I'm so desperate to see Aroden live again I'm almost willing to see Amalthea get into the game so she can squirt out a baby God of Humanity.

Yuppers! And five years before the start of the campaign it suffered a period known as the "Late Unpleasantness", which was highlighted by a mass murderer known as "Chopper" and a cathedral fire that killed Tobyn and several others.

...

...

I know that bit, I'm just redoing my characters backstory a bit. Hoping to make it shorter, and I needed a bit of context for one of his family members.

YES, IT'S ME.

CAN I HELP YOU?

Kinda sleepy, and annoyed because my sleep schedule is about to get BTFO Monday-Thursday, and I won't even be able to shitpost during it.

Ayyyy

Zarus protect you my son. Ave Humanity!

I wonder how Pharasma would feel about Amalthea.
Or maybe she was secretly the one who pleased her womb

Only the most pro of memes!

Wait.

Pro. Meme. Thean.

Didn't we decide that he should have a loving family?

>the Talespinner
First character ever, a bard. Everybody ended up as a "___ the ___", most of them just with joke-ey or nonsensical titles, and I was the more serious (read: pretentious) player who wasn't there just as an excuse to play vidya.

>Lionheart
Self-appointed so I really don't count this one, but I ended up getting a ton of lion-themed powers and played a character who never gave up or backed down from a fight, so I like to think it fits.

>the Red
Other players keep trying to push "the Iron King", but something simple like this gets across the guy's personality more. Plus he had red hair and started developing a red dragon bloodline.

>CAN I HELP YOU?

Us? Why golly user, we want to help you!

...

>Or maybe she was secretly the one who pleased her womb

I'm envisioning a private line with Psychopomp bouncers guarding the entrance only letting the dankest of spirits through.

>pleased her womb
It was supposed to be "blessed her womb, but my phone messed up.
I'm not sure if this is better or worse

...

But with what, fellow user? How do you wish to help?

>Promethean Alchemist who is a son of Thean Tagonist
>he disappoints his father by being too awkward to get a girlfriend
>but at least he still managed to give ol' Thean a grandchild

Surely this can only end in comedy.

>But with what, fellow user? How do you wish to help?

Oh please, you're not nearly as naive as you let on, you know we want to help you make your application less shit by filling it with... Memes.

What's the best way to make a gestalt character who's essentially a fighter jet, /pfg/? I'm thinking something/Sorcerer at the moment, possibly Vigilante if I want to throw in a side order of Superman.

HE'S A DEAD GOD WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SCREEN-TIME BEYOND POOH-POOH SADNESS OVER HIS PASSING. WHY ARE YOU GUYS THINKING HE'S A BIG DEAL OR SOMETHING, HUH? HUH?

youtube.com/watch?v=u9-4sG7FDDk

Why is Artanis such a good fucking metaforge. Goddamn.

...

Because most of what's wrong with Avistan can be connected back to him getting ganked, so folks assume that bringing him back will make Cheliax great again.

BUT CHELIAX IS GONE. IT'S GONE AND BURIED. NOTHING MORE THAN A PITY PARTY OF FIENDS AND DEVILS FEASTING ON A ROTTING, FETID CORPSE THAT STILL THINKS IT'S ALIVE. HOUSE THRUNE WORST HOUSE ALL DAY OF MY LIFE, I WOULD CRUSH THEM LIKE SKULL OF GOAT IF I WASN'T MORE INTERESTED IN LITERALLY EVERYONE ELSE.

YOU WANT MY ADVICE? FLEE TO TIAN XIA, MUSHOU THAT SHIT. REFORM THE EMPIRE. IGNORE THE PRATTLE OF THE AVISTANI, FOR THEY ARE A WEAK PEOPLE PRONE TO ALL SORTS OF DEVIANCE.

>fill it with memes

Like what, user? Surely you're not suggesting that at level 4 the homunculus becomes taller than her master?

Keyword in is "assume". I'm pretty damn sure that if he could be brought back, he'd just go "Yeah, shit's fucked, let's get the fuck out."

Taller and filled with an overpowering sense of chaste motherhood towards her master and party members.

You fags do realize they'll just sexualise the doll, right?

How did it come to this? How did Cheliax go from smug Imperialists to fiend-sucking scum? Why should I give a single hairy nut about House Thrune's dominion over the Infernal Empire when the Empire should not be "Infernal" in the first place?

Doll is not for sexual, doll is for pure headpatting.

If you want my honest opinion, if I somehow found myself in the same campaign as Promethean, I would never see the Doll as anything more than an adorable little sister and later a lovely, vigilant mother.

I know only that Aroden is dead, and that the line of Gaspodar died with him.

>mfw I went to exhentai and saw plain doll cosplay porn

I disagree.

>mfw if the mage kid sister turns into motherly caretaker for the party, she'll get sexualized

We've delved too deep into that meme, but I can't prevent her from growing up unless I try to homebrew an alternative path that lets her stay smol. Though I guess human children are still technically medium creatures, so she could still be a "kid sister".

These guys get it. Homunculus is for loving and cherishing, not sexual.

Her master, though... Reminder that the telepathic link has no off button.

Tell me, how do I justify a character missing an Organ (not a vital one, but still important) in a world where Rings of Regeneration and other such options exist?

Also at what level would it be appropriate to get it fixed, if ever?

Pic not really related, just wanted an excuse to post it.

gehrman you're a creepy crippled cunt with attachment issues.

>tfw you read this comic right to left because of too much mango.

>in a world where Rings of Regeneration and other such options exist?

>Why do people in Africa suffer from goiters when proton laser surgery exists in America?

Same spirit, same answer.

Your waifu is shit, Gherman

Shut up shut up SHUT UP, Cheliax can be made great again!

Cursed weapon/arrow damaged it, it has resisted all attempts to heal it that his money could buy. And maybe around the early teens/preteens, like level 11-13 or so.

>Her master, though...

Reminds me of a story I read where the dorky virgin Wizard gave three homonculus familiars to her male party members and they spent the entire night fucking them, and she felt everything.

I remember that one.

Didn't Gareth write that?

Except for the latter the answer is lack of funding and medical education in those places, while in a fantasy universe like Golarion all you have to do is give the local shaman or whoever 5 chickens and a blowjob and they'll magic the problem away, since it's effectively the same stuff that the Clerics and Wizards in the cities are using

Money, tech, and medical knowledge are slow to circulate and require incentive and time to settle places. Magic is regularly done by primitives dancing around an altar slapping their butts and gargling cactus juice

Reminds me of that doujin about a mage girl who enchanted a man's sex sleeve to connect to her cooch.

>Super Man kidnaps some emo and leaves them alone on a rooftop

L E W D link

>all you have to do is give the local shaman or whoever

Are you telling me the average village Cleric is around level 9?

I guess that could work. I mean, she was cut upon on a dark ritual alter, so she could be cursed.

That said curses are WEIRD, man, so you can always just say that the curse is stronger than what most of the losers in your region can tackle.

Don't got a link, it was set in Eberron and they were on one of those lightning rails after a successful haul in that southern continent.

If I recall, the sensations were to-scale, so the sensations she had were larger than anything physically possible.

Magic in D&D doesn't work like that though. To be able to regenerate shit your local shaman has to personally punch 1000 bears in the face first, which doesnt leave him much time to deal with your shit.

If they aren't, they usually know some way, entity to contact, or pilgrimage to go on to her it fixed. Some cursed or haunted by something? Go to Ancestor's waterfall and seek the wisdom of the Water Spirit, or go in a Vision Quest to seek the Hummingbird or some shit like that.

When magic exists, the resource divide divide thins significantly

Found it!

pastebin.com/udYKdb2n

He exists in the hearts and minds of children, and as a vestige crying out to live once again and carry out the golden future he's seen for humanity, bind his fractured spirit to wield his blessings.

Character list for what?

RotJR

mfw I want android and promethean to be in a party so they can be a happy (artificial) family.

>Amandia
>Promethean
>Gil
>Anja

We'll call them, the Misfits!

Rise of the Jade Regent! A few people withdrew, and there were a lot of characters who either weren't on their respective gender list or race list, but I think it's all updated.

piratepad.net/kl8lVS8wmw

>Gil, Promethean, Amandia, and Anja in the same party
>mfw we will never have this kind of amazing party
>mfw it's because I'd need to play 3 characters at once

I don't think I can handle this

After thinking on it I have agree that people were right and limited cantrips were a no fun mechanic. Instead I'm trying to think of something more in theme with the rest of the unchaining. At the moment I am going with that cantrips are limited by school.

So not limited in castings but limited in number. The issue for this is some schools have many more cantrips.

As well not having all cantrips makes the wizard act similar to a sorcerer with known spells.

So at the moment the working idea is they get the cantrips of their Primary and Secondary schools, as well as universal. They don't get tertiary and banned school's cantrips. However I am also thinking of not limiting the number of prepared cantrips, essentially making cantrips minor abilities the wizard always have.

I may also remove some and make them stronger and into school powers. As well the offensive cantrips will likely be replaced with the offensive school power (everyone has one and it is better than a cantrips).

I'm still thinking on it but I now agree that just straight limiting cantrips casting was no fun.

Are we coming up with party names now?

Okay, okay. I don't want to turn this into a huge conversation or anything, but what would you guys think the most "fun" combination of characters be? I'm not talking lewd potential, or meme potential, but just sheer enjoyment out of reading the greentexts for or participating in a campaign with.

wat

It really depends on if the GM works with PCs to fulfill their back stories.

My personal list is:
>Omza
>Lilin
>Ricktor
>Corwin
>Onryou

I don't think we should have too many sisters in one party.

I like both Lilin and Casmir's story, their characters would have interesting arcs. Lilin retaking her land and Casmir's generally lay back straight man attitude.

Omza and Ricktor would have good chemistry as both being in love with Ameiko. They'd play off each other well.
