Don't worry too much. You can always just add another Inquisition detatchment, Servo skulls were nice but no great loss, and now our Inquisitors can actually use those awesome Warlord traits sometimes!
One of those even gives your Inquisitor a 24" deny infiltrators bubble, if they haven't changed them.
Coteaz might still be there, and we might get Valeria back, too. That would be nice.

I wanted a little bump for my Grey Knights, too, but they literally reprinted the garbage Nemesis Strike Force but with mandatory Elite and Troop instead of HQ and troop. It just feels SO FUCKING LAZY, especially because in their article they said:

That's me. I chickened out today. I wanted to go because the dude working there is so nice. I pretty much treated him like a good friend almost immediately. We just got on so well, which means GW picked a really great employee. He told me I could come in, watch and learn, but the store is pretty cramped. There are only 2 tables so standing around staring, with no where to sit, would be so awkward.

I was thinking I should probably finish painting my army to some degree before showing up, so I could at least be in some sort of queue to play. At least then it wouldn't be so awkward to watch because I could say, "Can I watch until a table frees up?" or something like that. It should only take me another week or so to paint everything enough to get to a point where I can show up and not be creepy.

We kind of are in a bit of a worse position. Not much, but Servo Skulls have been removed. So I have zero reason to run Inquisition now if I want bodies or Reserve manipulation. I can just run IG and an Imperial Bunker.

True, although I'd still back my Bolter Boys in their cheap and better Chimeras with Warp Charge batteries if all you want is scoring bodies. Or if you wanted to be really OTT, a big melee squad with a Xenos Inquisitor in a Land Raider Proteus/Prometheus (whichever has the sensor web thing).
I guess Skitarii don't run into the "diminishing psychic returns" thing so much, since I mostly just want a few buffs.

1. An Initiative increase across the board. Boyz are now I3, Nobz are now I4, and Warbosses are now I5.

2. Army-wide Furious Charge.

3. A Ballistic Skill increase across the board. Boyz are now BS3, Nobz are now BS4, and Warbosses are now BS5.

4. Choppas are now AP4. Big Choppas are now AP3.

5. A Toughness increase across the board. Boyz are now T4, Nobz are now T5, and Warbosses are now T6.

6. A Leadership increase across the board. Boyz are now LD8, Nobz are now LD9, and Warbosses are now LD10.

7. Army-wide Feel No Pain 6+. This can be improved with Wargear and Painboyz up to a maximum of 4+.

8. Painboyz and Mekboyz are Elite choices. You may take up to 3 of each type as a single Elites choice, and you may distribute them as Independent Characters.

9. Mekboyz now have access to Kustom Force Fields. A Kustom Force Field grants a 4+ Cover Save to all models completely within 18 inches, including vehicles.

10. A Waaaaagh may be called once per game, and grants all Orks in your army Fearless for that turn. Calling a Waaaaagh also allows all Orks in your army the ability to reroll their Charge distance for that turn.

11. Characters now have access to non-Mega Armour wargear that grants a 2+ armour save, 1 per army.

Pretty much exactly as it sounds. If you take an Inquisitorial detachment, you can include a squad of Sisters, GK's, or Deathwatch depending on the Inquisitor's Ordos.

Pretty simple idea behind the army. Havocs and meat shielded Sorc in the backline taking shots off the hopefully Invis or Shrouded Defense line, which with the comms relay will help with the timing of bringing in 8 deep striking units in Turns 2 and 3 to strike hard and fast and claim objectives where possible.

Today I watched a 1750 or so point game

3 knights, a custodian squad, and a culexeus assassin
vs
Magnus, Ahriman, an exalted sorcerer, a squad of rubrics, a scarab terminator squad, a forgefiend and maybe some other stuff.

The Thousand Sons player seized the initiative

By halfway through turn three two knights were dead and the third was damaged, and that was without machine flense being used by Ahriman. The 1kSons player had something like fifteen warp charge dice a turn and half his psychic power deck as powers to choose from.

The knight player killed about five rubric marines.

Lorgar has been confirmed to have ascended to Daemonhood with the support of all 4 gods. This is confirmed in the new TL supplement.

Perturabo used to be Undivided, but that might have been retconned, but I hope not.

Before Magnus unleashed the Gaze of Magnus one knight was at 2 hull points, the other at 5.
He finished off the one and the other was killed by two rending soulreaper cannons shots
