The things at his hip are kitchen knives, not daggers, with an unusually articulated nob at the end of the grip.
I assume the things on his chest are supposed to be throwing daggers. I wonder why he has set them up to be drawn with the left hand. Maybe because he intends to keep a melee weapon in his right hand at all times while doing ranged combat with the left.
