I personally think that LINK is better long term. Has amazing potential.

However you can't go wrong with REQ either, I personally haven't really gone into REQ but I'm looking to. I have a substantial amount of LINK though.

If you want an honest answer, probably neither.
Both are a longshot and rely entirely on who picks them up. Anyone that invests in the tech industry knows that the best ideas aren't always the ones that are adopted. Stupid shit gets pitched and bought all the time in tech, when much better working ideas are available.
Since both these revolve around the financial sector and security, I'd hedge my bets on link simply because they already have the in with Swift, and they're not going to be replaced easily.
