Alright, Veeky Forums, time for this thread again. Here we roll races for a setting and build the world around them.
Simply roll 1d10 and name your race or fact about the race.
On a roll of 1, the race existed in the setting, but is now extinct. If you roll 2-5, the race doesn't exist in the setting. 6-9 means that race does exist. 10 means that the race is one of dominant races in the setting.
Same with facts, except roll of 1 means the opposite is true, you can override the facts with higher rolls, and roll of 10 means you can't override it, it's absolute truth.
I'll start with the obvious: >Humans

Angels rule the mortal realm because when the Devils were on the verge of taking over heaven, they used Divine WMD against the orders of their God and destroyed the afterlife. Without an afterlife to hold souls and siphon up belief, all the Gods died. With nothing left to rule them, the Angels came to the Mortal World to live... AND CONQUER!
Jordan Morris
Balmung.
It's California AND Florida of FF XIV servers.
Jaxon Reed
Rolled 6 (1d10)
They only believe they are free from sin, they are actually midget wizard jews that take everybody's gold and never gives it back so you must throw them down the well it's considered good luck

Bentley Fisher
Rolled 84 (1d100)
With the afterlife no longer existing, the dead walk the mortal realms, spirits fly freely and all manner of unlife coexist with life.
Colton Gray
Rolled 6 (1d10)
So uhh...in that case. Angels are tired of the tyranny of the Gods and seek to prevent new ones from springing up.
Connor Hernandez
Rolled 8 (1d10)
Wereboars are cursed orcs. They were transformed into such by their gods as punishment for losing a great war.
Easton Howard
Rolled 3 (1d10)
Oops

Dominic Davis
Rolled 1 (1d10)
Aggressively anti-religion angels. I like it. Maybe even a full on no-prayers-allowed-ever Inquisition as one of their most important government institutions?
Michael Miller
...
Brandon Morales
Rolled 2 (1d10)
Well now what. Uhhh angels are actually really conflicted about the whole ordeal
Hunter Taylor
Rolled 6 (1d10)
Ethan Parker
This means that angels really hate the gods, but for whatever reason they keep replicating their overly religious culture, even if they themselves do not realize it.
Oliver Hall
Succubi
Luke Nguyen
Rolled 2 (1d10)
Devils
Elijah Moore
Rolled 8 (1d10)
Religion is so intertwined with their culture and their very existence that is all but impossible for them to disassociate it from themselves. Even though they are loathing every second of it.
Zachary Cruz
So I guess the devils didn't really exist...that makes things interesting.
