The "save the planet" supporters talk about 20-30 years time period, after which the planet will go to shit, when in reality it's more like 300-400 years. Anthropological factor surely has its influence upon the planetary ecology, but it's so negligible we are more likely to invent FTL or bomb ourselves into oblivion before it has any meaningful impact.
