Best miniature release 2016?

And why is it pic related?

>two TAGs
>best faction
>manly choppy chop or sneaky sneak, whaever you prefer
>not kurwa

Pretty good.

>not kurwa
polish miniatures?

>supergeneric
>bestof2016

More like Polish meta.

>>supergeneric
Define "generic" and why it's supposed to be bad, while quality is amazing.

It's just a catchall slander fanbois slap to everything that's not a space marine or space marine accessory.

For Infinity? Probably, yeah. I mean, Su-Jian is a hot contender, but it's not glorious PanO.
- For 40k it's the LE Canoness, hands down.
- For AoS it's Alarielle.
- For Warmahordes...I dunno. I s the Stormraptor out yet? If so, that.

>AoS
>best meniature
kek

Best of the worst is still best.

>- For 40k it's the LE Canoness, hands down.
IMO, but GW is kind of out of legaue with their heroic scale, but Thousand Sons sorcerers better, much more diversity and conversions stuff.
Yeah, sure transgender in hijab riding a Anub'Arak....

I'm happy for Pan-O and imma let you finish, but Haqqislam has one of the best TAGs of all time!

40Kids call everything not made by GW generic.

For all miniature games. Su Jian and the magihabara is better than the closest contender, probably the cannoness like you said.

Toppest of keks is that PP will never make it here.

Try to define Infinity aesthetics with words. You can't: it's just over-detailed Japanese mech angles on everything. The sculpts are good, the concepts are fine, some of the more unique factions are great, but don't try and pretend Infinity isn't generic as fuck in its aesthetics. Why do you think they give them such nonsensical, busy, non-color theory schemes? Because if you painted these things in just grey or other single color you'd just end up with generic anime mech.

>Try to define Infinity aesthetics with words.
Classical sci-fi with 80s and 90s anime elements.
>: it's just over-detailed
Look who is talking about overdetalisation.
>Japanese mech
>what is tau
>what is eldars
>Why do you think they give them such nonsensical, busy, non-color theory schemes?
Irony, since NMM is the main Golden Daemon style.

>Try to define Infinity aesthetics with words.

Depends on the faction.

In general, though, Infinity has a sleek, post-cyberpunk sci-fi aesthetic.

realistic scale cyberpunk. 40k has great concept and very nice minis but don't kid yourself that it's minis are utter shit compared to infinity.

Also, nice strawman about Japanese robots.

It may not be Kurwa, but Uhlan is a Poland reference.
Can't escape the Slavs.

>Because if you painted these things in just grey or other single color you'd just end up with generic anime mech.
In grey they still look excellent.

pan O tags look like shit
at least post the maghariba or O-yoroi

>O-Yoroi
>good looking
>recent

>Try to define Infinity aesthetics with words
Appleseed.

I dunno, I find the 2ML sculpt much better.

>GWfags calling anything over-detailed

What about best deal of 2016?
100 USD
2 useful armies
15 metal models
Book with rules, fluff, advises and simple painting guide
Gamefield
Terrain
Dices, markers, template

hmm, is the banana tag not the o-yoroi?

I mean the chink tag. It's quite good.

>Best miniature release 2016?
>not glorious golden bananas

...

Guijia resculpt was last years release, I think.

What are those, some new sigmarines?

Those proportions are so fucked. Their legs are shorter than their arms for christ's sake.

it's Custodes, the guardians of Imperial Palace, you newfag

...

...

Wow, those are really bad.

Not the Sisters, they look pretty great. The Custodes are underwhelming as fuck. Those fucking proportions are awful, and the swords are terribly designed.

>but Haqqislam has one of the best TAGs of all time!
My horse was faster!

Red Veil was pretty awesome, but Spire of Dawn is also fairly nice. €65 for 74 minis is pretty impressive by GW standards, both armies are very solid in AoS and it still contains square bases for those playing WHFB.

With thos propotions the mistake is understandable. Also shitting on people not into 40k lore is childish in itself.

>but Spire of Dawn is also fairly nice. €65 for 74 minis is pretty impressive by GW standards
It's still shit.
>both armies are very solid in AoS
Barely 500 points

>both armies are very solid in AoS

It's AoS, so by default it is a poor deal.

Hi slavposter

>people legit saying infinity isn't generic animal

Thought that was the charm of infinity really

Hi GW shill, got any arguments, or you came here just to shitpost.
>>people legit saying infinity isn't generic animal
>implying 40k isn't generic animal

>everyone who disagrees with me is the same person

You need some time away from Veeky Forums.

>Irony, since NMM is the main Golden Daemon style.
Are you implying OP is NMM? Because that's just basic airbrush lightpoints.

As a person who doesn't own infinity and doesn't own space marines, all infinity models look the same to me.

>, but Spire of Dawn is also fairly nice.
It's AoS and it's 2016 release, not 2010, fuck off shill.

So is this game good?

So then you're making the same half baked arguments as slavposter. That's just sad

Yep, especially if you love XCOM.

>half baked arguments
Such as..?

Very much so, but its definitely not a beer & pretzels game.

So not something I should try to introduce to 4 people at once?

Looks like if they stood straight up their hands would reach past their knees.

What are these half-baked arguments?

AoS is a poorly constructed game and I consider any money spent on it a loss. My group tried it, it was extremely boring, it went in the trash.

Yeah, sure.

I'd suggest shilling the Red Veil box and the factions in it because it provides a series of missions that teach the game really well.

I think most 40k is shit (tau for SURE) and these definitely are covered in plates and rivets and nacelles just so uncreative, unreflective people get a sense of chingaboo futurism from them.

>plates and rivets and nacelles just so uncreative

You haven't described an aesthetic, user. There's nothing uncreative about using any of those things in a design.

>chingaboo

Ah, right. Opinion disregarded.

The year when the mountain king was made, they were hot shit
