First for the remains of the resistance teaming up with the good guy Imperial Remnants

Also kind of liked this bit of art by the same guy

Could this baby from No Man's Sky be used for a hotrodded up Z-95?
Liam Wilson
>Limited edition kek
Michael Mitchell
Why would the Remnant have an Arc Hammer?
Ryan Clark
Id buy it with a little tweaking
It just looks a little too out there to be a Z. If the butt was more in line with a regular Z95 Id buy it as a hot rod
Andrew Gonzalez
That's a giant booster engine on the back, actually.
Mason Richardson
Ahh then Id scrap that entirely honestly. I feel at that point it wouldnt be a Z95 anymore
Michael Sanchez
>Season's Dark Greetings Ah yes, the season for the womenfolk to torture all the men until at least Jan 2nd. Why can't we just have a holiday that involves beer and guns or something
Dangle some cannons off the wings and it'd be pretty neat
Michael Taylor
White and Based.

Because Kylie Katana is canon no longer, friendo. Long live the Empire. Long live Veers.

Also why is Filoni a bad guy in this
Clone Wars predates the canon wipe
Ayden Brooks
Better than anything Disney's ever made.
Nathaniel Nelson
>TOR is better then Disney
Please, for the sake of the thread, confine your opinions to /tv/. Or if you hate disney so much, and are bored, have fun at /swco/
Zachary Morgan
Before Disney >Most EU stuff is pretty much entirely ignored by Lucasfilm stuff, and often directly contradicted. Ocassionally an EU character or concept will show up in something significant like a cartoon or film. After Disney >Most EU stuff is pretty much entirely ignored by Lucasfilm stuff, and often directly contradicted. Ocassionally an EU character or concept will show up in something significant like a cartoon or film. Also they wrote these rules down and told people about them.
Why did the canon change get so many people mad when it changed absolutely jack shit?
Asher Lewis
You know, they wrote down the rules and told people about them is applicable both before and after, except in BOTH cases nobody sticks to the rules and they don't always tell people about them.
Parker Ward
Because Filoni was the scapegoat for the retcons made in TCW, including the changing of the Mandalorian culture from what was previously established.
Nolan Sanchez
It traded Michael Stackpole, Aaron Allston, and Matthew Stover for Chuck Wendig.
Ayden Sanders
>Because Filoni was the scapegoat for the retcons made in TCW
All Lucas
Although I kinda like the New Mandalorians.
I just wish Filoni and Pablo would write a 30 page explanation on everything about Mando's currently, from the end of TCW, to Rebels, and then beyond it to TFA.
I'm getting tired of 22 minute episodes that leave more questions than answers
Nathaniel Miller
I know it's old news by now, but I'm catching up with Rebels and I was very happy to see the TIE Defender show up. I hope they get some screen time later
Chase Ross
>date gatekeeper bullshit
Isaiah Johnson
I just got a U-Wing for X-Wing and I have a really autistic question.
Did they change the material for the X-Wing cards? I haven't bought anything since the Imperial Raider and the cards for the U-Wing feel really weird and different.
Christopher Reyes
>stackpole Battletech fan here, getting started with Star Wars. Does his SW novels also involve fucking hueg engine explosions?
Jaxon King
I'm only really familiar with the Rogue Squadron novels. As far as I can remember, none of the extremely large explosions in those books are explicitly engine-related.
Kevin Morales
this
Carson Reyes
From memory there was a lot of bio-weapon stuff in those as the Empire was trying to give humans space-aids
Jaxon Phillips
>*non humans
Samuel Butler
>Does his SW novels also involve fucking hueg engine explosions?
No but they do involved the occasional odd horn dog momemt
Thomas Wright
>a black man in the resistance Man thats Ludacris
Henry Sullivan
What's so advanced about this helmet Czerka
Tyler Barnes
Nice pun! But, He's a member of rebellion not the resistance.
Juan Moore
It manages to give the wearer a modicum of protection despite not fitting that well.
Robert Nguyen
It has a helmet band you can put something in, like a blaster pack, pack of deathsticks, sabacc card...
Jason Parker
It appears to have a flashlight on its chinstrap, which seems like an advanced level of impracticality.
Camden Johnson
Its a pasgt with a plastic bump helmet put on top, so a +1 at best
Kevin Murphy
How else are you going to see what you're eating after dark?
Carson Gonzalez
Czerka Arms is breaking new ground with the ACH-14 Advanced Combat Helmet. it provides a 20% less chance you'll commit a war crime while wearing it.
Wow! That IS advanced technology!
Critics will say that's because its not fitted for Trandoshan skulls, but for some sentients, that's considered a feature too!
Michael King
Werent they seen in ESB?
Caleb Johnson
Nope, they were made for the TIE Fighter videogame. Never appeared in any movies
Elijah Allen
Got about 50 dollars yesterday. Should I get a K-wing with it? I kind of want to use Miranda as a regen wingman for Rey (even though I already have Norra and Poe).
Parker Cook
Daily reminder Wedge Antilles hops around on one transparisteel leg.
Benjamin Lopez
So can someone tell me if the fucking Fett's are god damn mandos? I rage a little everytime I think back to them saying Jango is just a fake
Isaac Thomas
Posted pic related last thread and some user said that lancer is dead. Can somebody explain to me how a Star Galleon kills a Lancer? Is that not a Star Galleon?
Apparently the New Republic fleet made this new ship "Star Hawk"
Xavier Murphy
They're not. It's not like they said anywhere in the movies that the Fetts were Mandos. People just assumed that because they wore Mandolorian armour that made them Mandolorian.
Dylan Kelly
The Fetts are Mandos.
Also, I just want to see some good old fashioned Mandalorian crusading. Is that too much to ask?
Christian Lopez
Lancer is a anti-fighter support ship, the Star Galleon is a escort frigate with turbolasers and concussion missiles. Do the math
Lincoln Ramirez
>Nadiri Mark One Starhawk was a type of battleship in service with the New Republic Starfleet. Like all the ships constructed at the Nadiri Dockyards, they were constructed from disassembled captured Imperial spacecraft. It was notable for being one of the first class of ships built by the New Republic, through military contract, after the Battle of Endor.
Jaxon Martin
I'm getting mixed signals here
Oliver Powell
The ship's real. but that's fanart.
The Fetts are only Mandos in the old EU.
And if you want old fashioned Mando crusading, I'm guessing Fenn Rau might be who you're looking for.
Noah Reyes
So this is what happens when you mix racism with autism, eh?
Tyler Scott
This is the edgiest shit I've ever seen. And it has Darth Nihilus talk in English so the "artist" clearly doesn't actually know shit about star wars
Mason Rodriguez
All I see is autism, bad art, and shit taste in EU material.
Blake Ramirez
I don't think I followed FFG's news quite as religiously last year as I have been this year - does anyone know when they resume posting? After Boxing Day, or are we in a drought now until 2017?
Aaron Evans
The picture is the autistic part, the caption "White and based" is the racist part.
It's fascinating how wrong that image is. Starkiller is the Shadow the Hedgehog of the SW universe. Cade is controversial at best. Bane is boring as fuck. 1313 Boba Fett has never been canon. And what the fuck is Maul doing here? Plus the drawings have the same vibe as those old racist caricatures from the early 20th century. It's like watching pic related, but with more autism.
Connor Green
So, Vader's "Choke" line in Rogue One got me thinking, An Un-maimed Ani-Vader would probably make SO MANY bad puns.
I think he meant White uniform but it hardly matters.
John Davis
Don't really get where the confusion comes from.
In the old EU they were. In the official content, including TCW they were never meant to be, which is something Filoni talks about in an interview, I think it's about the legacy stuff. New canon hasn't done anything with Fett yet, but I'm fairly certain he is not anymore, since the word of god by Lucas himself was that he is not.
Aiden Murphy
Puts me more in mind of either a knockoff or possibly a heavily modified derivative built on license somewhere The lancer's issue is that it has exactly no weapon that can reliably penetrate capital ship armor, and the star galleon does, even if it doesn't have many. The lancer just won't be able to get enough lucky quad hits in before the turbolases and missiles take it apart
Logan Campbell
>An Un-maimed Ani-Vader would probably make SO MANY bad puns. Like in the ROTS novelization?
>we were promised a handsome reward >i am your reward. you dont think im handsome? >slice
Jackson Thompson
Lancer's have enough quad batteries to wipe out a whole squadron of fighters The old Galleon, yeah its a slow piece of shit and not exactly a marvel of design when it comes to freighters. But its pretty tough, has enough turbo lasers on it to make pirates go away and if you get close enough (like you'd have to with a Lancer) you will eat its conc missiles and be unhappy.
Landon Sanchez
Exactly. I'd say the Galleon's a pretty damn good armed freighter.
Matthew Martin
Its party trick of jettisoning the cargo under its own hyperspace drive was pretty neat, the interior was also designed to repel borders so that's not awful either. But, they where painfully slow fuckers and when you can't outrun much as a wallowing space truck, chances are you might be in the shit when it comes to a shooting match as well.
Luis Jones
Does anyone have more Mad Maxed speeders like pic related? Basically civilian or even military speeders converted into shit you'd see in say.. post-Imperialcalyptic Outer Rim.
Jonathan Brooks
Not a real lot
Adrian Taylor
Keep in mind that the Star Galleon was devloped from the original Galleon, which was completely unarmed and a sitting duck for pirates and rebels.
Landon Thompson
Most SW vehicles are kind of janky pieces of shit anyway, I think a post-apoc scenario probably just means they're a little bit more abused. I mean, hell, its the outer rim anyway. Nice people stay the fuck out of it unless they're lost or being chased by someone/something even worse
Levi Butler
In Rebels Ryder Azadi's strike force had a V35 courier civilian landspeeder with an E-WEB. And there was some sorta technical in the background of one of the Tatooine shots in EP1.
From what I know of they were a replacement for unarmed/underarmed freighters but not designed as an overhaul of any specific ship, they were a new Keel.
Jace Watson
>Star Destroyer docked like any old carrier except hovering in the sky As a Navy brat and Imperial loyalist, this gets me a little hard.
Samuel Cooper
>Found my other folder with janky SW/sci-fi shit in it
Lincoln Carter
...
Nolan Anderson
The Galleon was introduced in Rebellion as a specifically Imperial freighter, but didn't make too many appearances. It had the same problems the Star Galleon was designed to correct: slow and no self-defense.
Mason Howard
...
Noah Ross
I really love the AT-AP's "Tank Destroyer" type of design, but walkers just don't seem to fit that role very well, I mean sure it could stand up or go belly-down in a depression to pop in and out for firing, but turning to bring the main gun about pretty much REQUIRES the damn thing to stand up and expose itself.
The top-mounted laser/Mass driver sorta helps with that problem, but not much.
Ah, a strange choice of the name since "Galleon" Specifically MEANS a heavily armed cargo ship.
Elijah Allen
>IG88 about to be date-raped by a Jawa
That's about it from me
Ayden Lopez
Why are WEG ships so damn ugly? It's like they're trying for a Terran Trade Authority aesthetic and failing miserably because they added greebles to make it look Star Warsey.
Brandon Gray
I haven't noticed anything different. The pegs however have been redesigned. Old pegs won't fit most new ships, and new pegs are really tight on old ships. They're better overall though.
Yes, K-wings are good. Either with Miranda or Warden squadrons kitted out as a bomber. Both do well.
Cooper Thompson
The only Ugly WEG ships I can think of are maybe the Strike Cruiser and the New Republic Fleet modernization project ships.
Kevin Thomas
What about something like this with a mounted machine gun?
Adrian Hernandez
You like the ship with the bridge window that covers two entire decks, user?
Kevin Stewart
It would look so much cooler on wheels or as a hovertank. The three leg design looks so awkward and probably couldnt be too effective
Wyatt Adams
More than two, and I believe most of its surface area is a decoy to keep the actual bridge intact a little longer.
Ryder Hall
Didn't think the Strike Cruiser was too terrible, the Carrack was pretty fucking awful though
Chase Smith
starwars.wikia.com/wiki/M'Yalfor'ac_Order Huh, so before the Republic decided to stop Grievous and his campaign to REMOVE HUK they actually used the Kaleesh as a weapon in a proxy war.
Pretty fucked up.
Asher Collins
Hovertank you say? How about a Panther III hovertank?
Landon Bailey
Alright lads, how about this baby? Would it fit the overall SW theme?
Luke Jackson
>What happens when you are given a job to make a tank into star wars universe and you got yourself an eraser and an old WW2 Tiger 2 tank schematic before you
Caleb Howard
I don't see why not.
Ryder Foster
Sounds like he's bucking for a scholarship in Sienar
Charles Ramirez
> an eraser and an old WW2 Tiger 2 tank schematic Nah more like a What-If WWII schematic and a few moments in MSPaint
Christian Lewis
We take only the best and brightest! Their minds are resistant to cell death from excessive Glitterstim and alcohol usage.
Isaiah Ramirez
well the republic is an odd mix of the UN and NATO, it kinda makes sense. Gotta get some realpolitik in my idealism aka free trade agreement.
Michael Nguyen
Trying to come up with some fucked up Uglies for my EotE players to find/fight/loot that aren't the same old Z-ceptor/X-TIE/DYE-Wing etc. The game is set in the classic EU during the Thrawn trilogy.
Anyone got any pics of cool uglies or fighter blueprints i can MSPaint cut-n'-paste together to make uglies?
