I always win as Racecar, go faster than the rest you're guaranteed to win. Thimles are grandma tier.

Thimbles are good for turtling and late game but the battleship is way better with its nice offense and special gunboat diplomacy rules

Huh? I don't think they're OP at all, OP. The GURPS rules for thimbles using the custom armor rules are perfectly balanced.

They do get a little powerful at TL10+ via improved materials, but there isn't that much coverage anyway and at those TLs you have light-weight concealable armor that obviates the need to even bother trying to exploit the partial coverage rules (which aren't all that exploitable in the first place).

Whoooooole lotta new rules for pouncing, lounging, plus there's a planned Alleys expansion in the works that's basically going to force customers to keep buying new add-ons every year or have an unplayable product.
