Anyway, the list seems kinda lacking in anything with high strength vs. AV13/14 or with anything with a good volume of fire to strip Hull points. At the same time though, I'm not too sure what you could add for a fluffy Kult of Speed army. Maybe some Mega-Blasta Deffkoptas?

I was attempting to see what demon allies the Thousand Sons could use and decided to see what they had (noone plays them in my area). 1240 points of me messing around no idea what I'm doing later and I have a 1250 list with 26 warp dice, all units with at least +1 strength to warpflame attacks and powers, +2 when within 12' of the two leading heralds. Every demon also corrupts objectives, Horrors split into new units 2 times, and the amount of summons I could pull of with this list could double my army by turn 4.

I find this hilarious considering the points cost, my limited knowledge of the books and artifacts that could probably make this more bullshit and how it completely makes Thousand Sons obsolete when planning a competitive army.

I like a lot of the Skitarii images. Sisters have some good ones. I do love a good "hold the line" image of Guard and Space Marines, though.

HoR Kill Team is probably what you want for that. The Leader upgrades help make the model, since you can actually give a Fire Warrior a counts-as Power Sword.

Yeah, on model I was gonna shoot for a more brassy color. It's tough to translate it.

It's also going to be really difficult to hit those spots on a skitarii model. They're really tiny and not even worth painting a different color. It's just going to look cluttered.

Who is the artist who illustrates these? I love them, especially the black and white ones. Such style to them, they make 40k feel really gritty.

Kind of a Newfag here, know plenty about the fluff but as far as current rules are concerned I know very little. I was wondering what the best way to field/represent an inquisitorial force would be. I know they have a codex but its my understanding that its meant more as an allied thing rather than its own standalone army (same with the recent imperial agents book). I was thinking perhaps Militarum Tempestus along with Inquisition? To represent Inquisition stormtroopers, which I think are still canon.

Depending on your cashflow and playstyle, you can go one of two ways.

Codex Eldar has a bunch of neat and basic schemes. This one is Yme-Loc, one of the smaller ones.

Also doesn't hurt to browse around online and check out what people have done with their Eldar.
