c'mon, tell me how shit it is or how I forgot negates for pic related

Revolt - At the beginning of your end step, put a Unity counter on ~ if a permanent you control left the battlefield this turn.
Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each unity counter on ~.

>Whenever Lightning Runner attackers, you get EE, then you pay EEEEEEEE. If you do, untap all creatures you control and after this phase, there is an additional combat phase.

what the furk

Dies to shock
Should have said, whenever it deals Combat Damage gain EE. :^)

I want to add
>Läuferin
>in
ONLY FEMALES CAN BE LIGHTNING RUNNERS OBVIOUSLY

Also, you forgot the
>Double strike
>Haste

>Red
>Lightning bolt

Literally Jesse Quick

Shock might be the card that UR needs.

this is going into my atraxa deck

Revolt - when ~ enters the battlefield, if a permanent you control left the battlefield this turn, target creature an opponent controls gets -3/-3 until end of turn

Also, apologies for the shitty image it's from a low quality video.

Holy fuck this looks powerful

Not really. I think Revolt will be an okay mechanic, but if you can't cast this with Revolt it is kinda bad.

>I think Revolt will be an okay mechanic, but if you can't cast this with Revolt it is kinda bad.
Agree
We'll need to see how easy it is to enable Revolt during the prerelease

evolving wilds is still a thing bruv.

Even if it's difficult to enable revolt, -3/-3 is preety huge. Attached to a body no less. This is high pick material in limited.

Between artifacts you can sac for effects and rares that blink themselves? Easier then one might think.

>During prerelease
>Playing limited
Kys. Asap

Aethertide Whale
Flying
When Aethertide Whale enters the battlefield, you get EEEEEE. Pay EEEE: Return Aethertide Whale to your hand.

>Evolving Wilds
is not in Kaladesh
And we don't know if it will be in Aether Revolt

>Not playing second best format

So it's a triskelion.
Mikaeus players will be happy.

hmm

...

Nope, can't loop it with mikaeus because it gets +1/+1 from him. Unless you have a sac outlet.

...

>2 mana, gain 2 life, cantrip
>activates revolt
>activates "when an artifact enters the battlefield" abilities
Calling it now, limited staple

...

Great. You have a 4 of. You can expect to draw 1-2 in a game. It cannot be your condition for triggering Revolt. You need removal for your own creatures or puzzle knots.

I'm not saying he's bad. I just think Revolt is going to be a hard mechanic to realiably use. And I may be wrong. I just have my doubts. I HOPE it's good, because it seems interesting.

...

It's in BFZ.

>Limited
>Playing with bad cards
>On purpose
>Because if i play real Magic, my oponent can defeat me

Oh, its a cycle, I'm retarded

I like these a lot better than the puzzleknots.

...

I know
And I'm still talking about the prerelease
I won't talk about Aether Revolt in Constructed before that (beside Push, obviously)

Constructed only becomes best magic when it stops being a TCG and you can just order a complete playset of a set directly from wizards. Secondary market kills constructed

>Playing with the same deck game in and game out
>Needing to spend 200+ dollars every rotation just to have fun
>I can't win unless I have a foiled out, all-rare/mythic deck with the best removal
>I don't know the game well enough to build a deck from scratch at a moment's notice
>I can't evaluate the worth of cards off-hand

>Chinamen fakes

But if everyone only plays the best game, and the best game is played with Chinamen fakes, game is kill :^)

For limited it seems to be really good. Lots of cheap removal.

You can loop it by shooting itself but then you can't shoot at anything else.

3+1 draw two cards?
Ehhhhhhhhh.
Practically guaranteed card draw for 3 is decent though.

>Lots of cheap removal.
Yes but Revolt triggers on permanent you control
It's not a good idea to use your cheap removal on your own permanents

That said,
Just made triggering Revolt a lot easier

*May* pay eight energy, or *must* pay eight energy?

Would shooting a servo be worth triggering Revolt? I think so.

May.

May pay

You would still waste removal
Why just not attack with that servo during your turn ?

Why not attack, Chandra's Pyrohelix it and another creature, play the black dude and give one of their creatures -3/-3? I'm just saying Revolt seems like a good enough mechanic in limited that t would be worth removing your own creatures if need be.

Heh, they finally reprinted Flare, and then improved on it.

>Chandra's Pyrohelix
>More than one target removal
Oh, that's another story altogether
And yes, this is a good idea

>Having to pay anytime i want to play
>My cards are useless after playing because they are shit
>The most complex strategy is who Drew it's big dude first
>Completly combat oriented
>Even more midrange than standard
>The best interaction is blocking with a creature
>Dumbed down cruz NWO
>Fun
Btfo desolator

This does only target a player.

>>Having to pay anytime i want to play
>>My cards are useless after playing because they are shit
>What is Cube draft ?

>Disallow is 'officially' revealed in the story
>story literally has a trigger warning on it about 'suicidal thoughts'

Wizards of the /lgbt/ everyone

Vegeta?

If you do have a free sac outlet though, it's literally another triskelion, which is just another win condition for mikaeus. You just get 1 point of damage in between sacs instead of 3.

Link?

>Not having a cube, and also not realizing that FNM also has an entry fee
>See previous comment about foiled-out all rare/mythic deck
>The most complex strategy is who goes off on marvel first
>This is true of pretty much all magic today
>Aggro says "hello"
>Removal says "hello"
>Not an argument
>You're damn right it is
What the fuck is a desolator?

magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-story/burn-2017-01-04

Best one.

2 mana Discard and Draw is quite good, i can see it in Constructed play as a staple in the side deck against control.

>What the fuck is a desolator?
DesolatorMagic is a youtuber that is pretty shit at magic but think he is the shit
Like Veeky Forums really
So we hate him

>all these fucking whales

kaladesh must be a real shitty place to live with all these gigantic shitwhales flying around

>2 mana Discard and Draw
3 mana
2 to put it on the battlefield + B to sac it

...

will be great in madness decks

Well, it is India themed, and the meme is poo...

Last expertise

Who is Baral and wat does he do?

And its legendary

Nice toy for UR Spells or U/x Control ?

>Doomblade is too powerful
>Path and swords is too powerful
>Don't talk about wrath of God
Shit interaction
>Combo and control are unavaible. You have to run creatures.
Muh diversity.
>Instead of doing a cube with good cards, i Will put inside all this shit draft fodder.
Confirmed: casualfags ruined mtg

...

aw yiss, this going straight into yidris wizards

that's Marshall saying that though, not Wizards

"Everyone at my LGS was a horrible person and only ran netdecks, so I only ran assassin decks to fuck with them to amuse myself! I'm like batman or something!"
Moral relativism faggot who's only been playing since theros and thinks he knows everything
And he keeps going on about investing in silver

>Killed Chandra's father
>Tried to execute Chandra but her spark ignited
>He is all burned under his mask and removing it is not painful
>Imprisonned Nissa, Chandra and Lesbian granny and tried to kill them
>Is a blue wizard in a world whose government is against magic

sorry you got triggered by a trigger warning

>>Is a blue wizard in a world whose government is against magic
Well he is a countermage who hates magic. They'd probably make an exception.

...

This is fucking disgusting

It's on the Wizard's website though, not third party. Too bad there wasn't a proof reader that caught it. The misinformation is being dispersed through the official WotC website. And not some forum that anyone can make an account and post.

Frontier with sphinx tutelage? I don't play Frontier and I'm not sure if I've even seen a full round of Frontier played, unless you count watching a round of standard.

That bit of misinformation is great though.
They now have their own website saying that the card is hot garbage, as they rightfully should.

There was a blue expertise that was getting posted that costed 4 and you cast a card with CMC 2 or less. I guess that was a hoax.

Yea, it was named "Padeem's Expertise"
Padeem is a legendary in Kaladesh, so something was off

where's the red one?

Yup, I saw that too. Hilarious. Yeah, Wizards really screwed over Red with this cycle and the puzzleknot cycle from KLD.

It wasn't spoiled already ? My bad

>trusting stupid shit

No, it's bad because some people are going to assume Marshall and all his proof readers read the card correct and then not read the card carefully themselves. Then they'll play wrong.

>I don't play Frontier and I'm not sure if I've even seen a full round of Frontier played, unless you count watching a round of standard.
To be fair, the first few months of Frontier will probably be similiar to Tarkir Standard

If Baral kills the Gatewatch, he'll be my favorite character by far.

Daily reminder that they made a mechanic where vehicles are creatures.

Can't wait 'till someone writes to Maro about his suicidal thoughts because counterspells these days are shitty.

>New Magic Story has a huge trigger warning at the top
>Post about how trigger warnings may lead to eventual censorship
>get censored

Has a ban ever been so vindicative?

why?
Just stick with Cathars crusade, works faster and allows better +1 counter combos

He won't
Lore reason : He is not nearly strong enough for that
Actual reason : The Gatewatch is MtG's face

For a moment I almost shat myself thinking it was cmc 1.

(you)

This is a much better screenshot
