She's an angel made by a planeswalker in an attempt to preserve, balance, and protect an otherwise shitty plane. After 1000 years of this plan working, the planeswalker's ex-girlfriend decided to get even by wrecking the living shit out of everything. She used her plz_nerf earthbending powers to summon a not!old god Lovecraftian plane-eater. Everything got real Bloodborne for awhile, and even though Avacyn kept the old god from fully entering the plane, doing so drove her mad. So she began purging literally everything. Then her not!dad planeswalker who made her came along and ruined everything. He unmade her, then the old god got in and nommed the plane until it got bored.
Also, claiming said old god.
