I'm a tall, imposing humanoid figure, sheathed head-to-toe in black carapace armour. While my minions are doing all the actual work of robbing whatever place evil corps is interested in, I stand outside and make grandiose speeches to the heroes. When they attack I fight to slow them down/cause superficial injuries (I don't actually wanna hurt them, after all, they're just a bunch of teenaged girls/minimum wage community workers). When my minions are finished looting the place I pretend to go down, make a dumb one-liner about how I'll get them next time and then hoof it.

I fight seriously against monsters from other evil corporations. No speeches, no retreat, just violent pummeling until they're incapacitated/dead.

Funny anecdote: The rangers don't like the girls (because they're illegal vigilantes and they actually have superpowers) and the girls don't like the rangers (cuz they're stuffy bureaucrats with better PR managers than the girls). The first time they both showed up to fight me we had this whole awkward situation where they got angry at me cuz they thought I'd been their exclusive arch-nemesis. Then they started arguing with each other and ignoring me, so I just slipped out a side-door with the minions. I later heard they'd ended up having a serious fight with each other. Then the NEXT time I tried to rob a place they teamed up and ambushed me. It was one of the few times the minions had to leave early because the heroes captured me sooner than expected. Then they made the corniest speech about teamwork imaginable. It was so dumb. I waited until they handed me over to beat cops then shredded my restraints like wet paper.

Oh, yeah, forgot about the band of mooks. They're my wingmen and spotters, instructed to keep lookout at spots with great visibility. As far as how I'm going to defeat my enemies, it's all about crazy-fast attack. When I'm first given my target, I don't immediately set out for them. I bide my time producing a swarm of drones, letting my mooks keep tabs on my target. When they're least prepared I strike, coming out of nowhere with final-boss levels of speed and completely overwhelming firepower, essentially being an airstrike. If the initial strike doesn't destroy them, it'll at least leave them disoriented enough for the swarm of drones following shortly after to eviscerate them in a hail of bio-projectiles. If THEY can't take them out, I come around for another strafing run. In the case of the Magical Girls and Dark Hero, who can fly, it'll turn into high-speed dogfighting. Whenever it becomes clear I've lost my advantage, I take off and leave them in the dust to coordinate another attack.

Stats aren't the best, but being an ambush predator with Venom makes it not as necessary. I have to be careful about the eating people part, as well as the Budget Rangers, but it won't be too difficult to act the part of police chief or town mayor.

Astra's a dangerous think to be able to shoot with a Gun Tool. It'll be easy to land your magical homing-beacon & follow up with a barrage.

Shimmer might be best for the last, but it's probably way above her ability to figure that out. What would be best would be S-rank Mind.

I'd say Sol, Luna, or Shift would do pretty well.
Sol because light probably hits ghosts. Luna because maybe ghosts will be solid for you when you're ethereal. Shift because sometimes there's mirror ghosts.

Really, for body text, you want it to be as readable as possible, and you can't get better than a standard font. It's not like all of Veeky Forums is in papyrus.

I don't think you need the stroke on the text with the text backgrounds--you really only need that for the text over the spacey background. You can have them there for stylistic purposes, though.
