Not really. I just trade so much that I don't bother tracking anything other than BTC. When a trade ends, I just update the number of btc. Started with a lot less and I'd never hold shitcoins under any circumstances.

What happened was I initially held alts that pumped (not shown but initial investment was 1200 and went to like 1500), then BTC pumped and dipped and absolutely fucked me.

Around the second big dip there I decided I'd been cucked enough and went 70% BTC 30% XMR and it's been nicer since.

Yeah these 1 week 50% gains feel pretty heavy. Literally just hold the top 5-10 coins and you'll make relatively safe gains.

I personally like the plan of putting most of my money in to one of the top 5 coins thats trending and investing small amounts, say, 5% of that value in to alt coins for long term holding.

Not going to get the gains the alt-traders get but I have made more than double my investment so far.

Bought litecoin at $360. Instantly dropped. I sold it at $266 bc I was watching it drop. Thought maybe it would drop w/ the net nuetrality vote which it did but not enough so I had to buy back at $276. Also spent $15 of my btc moving it to bitterex from coinbase. And Im a student and my dad would be hella pissed if I spent over $500. Also its challenging to limit yourself an amount. I could see myself pouring an unhealthy amount of money into this.
