i've been watching liqui for the past several hours. There is a constant 17 BTC sell wall and a 17 BTC buy wall maintaining about a 20-25 satoshi spread. When they get to 200 satoshis, they push it back down. The same thing appears to be happening on Binance.
Obviously manipulation and accumulation, but what's the end game? To dump on everyone? All kinds of shit pumping right now that really doesn't make sense.
