So like, what if I ran an actual, no gimmicks, fun adventure? Would you people want to play that or what?
that is personal prefrence.
Personally the ones that I would want to play are sky pirates or crusaders, I am not too into games expressly for erp. And playing an assassin in pf is not something that sounds fun to me since pf nerfed assassin the class.

well i guess your problem is that you have a lot of room for interpretation. a lot of people would consider sky pirates to be "just a fantasy adventure". furthermore a lot of people have done generic fantasy adventure many times and that's why the games with strange hooks get so popular around here. so i mean, you've got to have some spice at some point.
