When it says "As the Princess gets to know and love you, their Love and Lust stat will grow" what does it mean? When do know when to increase it?

It's entirely up to you how to interpret it. But generally, as they spend time with you, they'll want you more. Physically and emotionally.

I personally take the stat on the card as the maximum they will ever want you.

I was contemplating changing the "pt" to "gen", for the purpose of helping to keep things from getting as confusing on the 10 different pages of rules.
