Do you mean this one? It's an atlatl, humans use them too. But it's less dumb than this.

Yeah. Made of wood and thrown.
I can't claim any real expertise, but I don't think using leather instead of wood represents much of an improvement.
I admit that I'm going by illustrations of a fictional species, but I honestly don't look at those tails and think 'yeah that'll propel a spear real well.' I look at the picture and feel like the artist hasn't taken any physics classes, or spent much time watching animals with tails move.
It can be justified, sure - 'leather on their world is lighter,' 'wood isn't available or is heavier,' 'their tails are really strong,' 'their arms are weak.' But that seems like a lot of stretching to make things fit.
Whatever, I'm not the fun police.

I'm looking for a very specific pic, I had it and lost it:

It's an apocalyptic dude with a grinning mask, a gun swung over his shoulder, a pink purse in the other hand and some sort off drill-codpiece strapped to his groin.
The character is facing sideways and the entire image had a red/brown hue.

Anyone who can help me? It's a guy with a penis-drill, it's pretty memorable.
