I am very slightly mad that both got Corax's party trick (-1 to hit (at least)) but while hawkboy has to have that as a tradeoff against using other special rules, Russ and Magnus just get it in addition to all their other rules.

He is actually out paced by ferrus, simply by the Manus's versatility, and haywire

I listed the Primarchs I meant were tied with Alpharius' shootin. More or less, because Ferrus has that very same gun PLUS another one of his choosing, if at BS6.
Alpharius' Plasma Blaster is that good because Alpharius is that good shooting it as BS5+ Preferred Enemy (Everything).

He's a Primarch that relies in his own skill rather than having the equivalent of the Primarch Sword of Double WOLF Wounding while wielding the EXOthermic armour of Reverse Chill, like Russboi here.

Or Guilliman's armour of SIKE! REROLL!, now that we're talking about Primarch wargear.

If it causes D3 extra ap2 wounds, it means we can save against them, right. D3 avreges into 2. Fulgrims 3++ makes it 0.6666 wounds, his FNP turns it into 0.4444 wounds. And there's only 58 or so % chance he'll get them when wounded, thus, it's not that likely he'll die quick. The only problem I see is the -1 to hit, and unfortunately both hatred from chaps and rads from forgelorfs are first turn only. Fulgrim CAN blind wolffucker, but it's very unlikeley. Wolffucker shoul be ws 7 i 6 for a slightly less OP character. And limit the armour to either -1 or as is, but no effect on primarchs.

This was my headcanon before any of this shit started. Whenever I brought it up it was very unpopular. Also reinforced by the fact that the emperor was choked out by an ork (before it was established that the ork was a super duper ork).

There is probably on a few hundred people in all of the fandom that like this idea.

You shove them into a Spartan like how you shove a IF Phalanx squad into a Spartan and shit them in the enemy's face in close quarters, tying them up while the rest of the army positions for the kill.
