being a retard. I was so high on the gains I made on Tuesday. Literally dancing around my house. Amazed at how easy I made a few thousand dollars.

Well then I chased potcoin. I contributed 1 liteocoin worth (about $300) on wednesday at .38 cents. Went to the movies during Colbert, only to find out that it went down to .34 cents after the show. Stupid, I lost 30 bucks.

This is where I should have forgotten about things. I was so stressed about potcoin that I didn't think straight. I ended up in Vizards discord, didn't know how fucked it was at the time. Everyone was talking about Monaco, and how they were about to have an announcement and the price was going to spike. Like a fucking idiot I went all in, because announcement was 15 minutes away.

The moment they tweeted (seeming good news about being on more exchanges) the price plummeted from 20 dollars to 15 dollars per MCO. Within seconds. I panicked and sold. Boom, lost basically 25% of my portfolio.

But did I stop there? Of course not. I was up late, and ripple was rising fast. Here it is I thought, this is my moon mission, I'll ride this wave and make back my losses and be back on top. Went all in on Ripple at .82 cents per coin.

Watched it rise to .89 cents, I almost made back a decent amount of my losses. Almost sold, then boom immediate dip to 72 cents. Panicked and sold, now had even less money.

I went from having around 3300 in my portfolio to having 2300 or so. Then I tried to get on the HumanIQ wave and lost even more.

Portfolio currently sitting at about $2050 because I switched out of alts went back to BTC. Yesterday I was at $1950.

Only reason I still have 3 litecoin is because they were in my coinbase account and not on bittrex

Almost bought back at a loss yesterday. At peak of BTC I could have bought 7.2 litecoins because LTC was at 290. I waited for bitcoin to go higher, then LTC finally started rallying for the first time in a while. Now I could only afford 6.5 LTC.

By the looks of Coinbase it locked in the price that I bought it at. I've had a transfer prepping for a week which shows me buying at 258

I am very new and got very lucky with Litecoin. I had been putting money here and there into BTC for a month and had made very modest gains at best. I think it was just greed that propelled me to keep chasing.

Luckily I've learned my lesson since then, and I'm still about $1000 up from my total investment in cryptos. So I can't complain too much, but if I just held I would be $2000-2500 up from initial investments

Dude no one can really say. However, LTC has been stabilizing and growing around the 320 line for these last 5 days. If you want buy just a little bit ($200 worth is what I put in originally at 312) and then if you see a chance put more in.

That way you dont feel bad for missing out any potential moon missions and you dont feel bad if it does end up dropping to 300 (in which case you can buy more LTC as it will continue to grow after Christmas time).

Consider things through and you'll be fine. Looking at things rationally and not panicking or impulse buying/selling are the key actions you need to master with crypto.

Bitcoin’s price boom is the result of a global social movement that happens once a century. People are fucked off with banks and institutionalisation. The people a want disintermediated, decentralised, trustlessly traded currency - so they migrate to cryptos and put their money in a crypto wallet. The price is only going to continue increasing until it is globally regarded and accepted as a fiat currency (just like all currency is now).

The bubble won’t burst because it has no intrinsic value. It’s price rocketing is a result of the increasing demand which won’t go away (unless governments start heavily regulating it because it changes to a currency (I.e can be traded in forex markets)). The only other reason the ‘bubble’ could pop is if someone starts hacking into crypto wallets, there’s a press release and everyone mass withdraws.
