oh yeah the art is good but what about those copyrights?

This may be useful.

Svaneti is a caucasus region packed full of towers.

>running a game for friends
>having good laughs and everything is going smoothly
>one of the party members suggests leaving this location for another one
>roll for next location, turns out to be ravnica
>the moment i finish saying that word a flashbang grenade crashes through a window
>CIA bursts down my door and rushes into the room
>SWAT team are bursting in through every window
>there's just a lot of screaming and shouting
>a week later me and my group are sentenced two years of public service and a 10 million dollar fine
Copyrights are no joke.

I have a .pdf about it, but the point is that this interpretation of Troy has advanced hydraulic engineering.

>Several canals
>railway for ships to avoid a water current
>fresh water, silt-free harbor
>the city streets can be flooded to clean filth

Google "Invisible Cities" OP. Excerpts, pictures, the full book etc. it is comprised of surreal cities and a wonderful read.
>What makes Argia different from other cities is that it has earth instead of air. The streets are completely filled with dirt, clay packs the rooms to the ceiling, on every stair another stairway is set in negative, over the roofs of the houses hang layers of rocky terrain like skies with clouds. We do not know if the inhabitants can move about the city, widening the worm tunnels and the crevices where roots twist: the dampness destroys people's bodies, and they have scant strength; everyone is better off remaining still, prone; anyway, it is dark.
>From up here, nothing of Argia can be sen; some say "It's down below there," and we can only believe them. The place is deserted. At night, putting your ear to the ground, you can sometimes hear a door slam.

I havent got any in exactly that direction, but if you want it cyberpunk take a look at

Surely with some imagination you can create a magical version of that

Is that some fucking lith harbor?

A medieval city which is rapidly industrializing built on an even older city.
What's not to love?

Looks more western to me.

Why? I think that fast food building that actually looks nice and fits its environment is miles better than another identical quickly constructed booth.

The lighting.

This must be a nightmare to navigate using sails.
>current bringing you closer and closer to the edge
>rocks and shallow waters all around the city, except for that narrow bridge
>when at the bridge entrance, you are fighting against currents pulling you both to the left and to the right.
>you hope very much the wind ain't changing now...

And to exit the city, you have to wait for a powerful wind to blow behind you or you won't make it...

Not to mention why is there a "moat" around it. Where does the water go to keep that moat open.

Definitely the wrong one, my bad.

>kowloon

Every fucking time

Thanks tho,I enjoy those huge overbuilt cities, even if its not pratical or good, I wish I could live in a hive or a place like coruscant, the verticality amazes me

There's always Hong Kong!

yeah, that's why i asked
not to mention that finding usable pics in google images is harder when it's copyrighted

Damn, those are nice.

Here's the last three.

Sauces on the Ravnica guild images?

Magic's website.
They just released a bunch of wallpapers around RTR, these are they.

The best way is usually to find out what artists did the art, then finding their personal galleries.
