I live in Australia and crashed my bike, fracturing my wrist in the process. I went for xrays, then surgery, then had follow up sessions with a remedial therapist and even a masseuse.

It cost me $75. I am so happy to be part of and contribute to a system where people can get helped out medically and it doesn't send them bankrupt. That makes everyone around me better off, myself included.

The locals get told who contributed and give their custom accordingly. Social stigma for having cars from low contributors will keep the most charitable at the top. We have society wrong and taxes are evil. Welfare should be banned as it is killing with kindness and people abuse the system. It should be a system of charity allocated by the people who fund it directly. You take the piss, you get cut off. No more safety net for bad descisions.

If it’s not a accident or emergency they get told to go away. If they can’t afford to see a doctor then tough shit. They should be more responsible and make better life choices especially with money.
This would all come after removing welfare too so you would have far fewer single mothers born of bad descision (obviously death of a spouse etc would have an emergency fund).
