>Ynnari fags they're not cheese

Ynncarne for OP image when?

Take it friend, it's all yours

>Mold slip on a piece of a model
>Forgeworld just sends me an antire new model

Just send me the one part, I dont need an entire other model just for the one part

Yup, needs to be a Ynnari O-face for the OP image now.

>Fire Warriors come with only one extended sensor vane that denotes Shas'ui even though the model number could accommodate two minimum strength Fire Warriors teams
>Still throw in an extra knife which is another Shas'ui marker
C'monnn damnit.

This is even more annoying than the fact you can squeeze extra models out of it if you only had a couple more torsos

>discussing power levels on a faction that hasn't even had a single game played yet

you can always convert shit senpai

>user thinks he knows about books he hasn't read or played

Remember when Veeky Forums were talking about how the Wraith Knight was a point sink when it was released in 6th? There was an immediate consensus within days of rules being posted and everyone just parroted one another.

I wouldn't exactly complain.

>complaining about free shit

What sort of things would you add to a genestealer cult army with the core being the DW box.

>that feel when you are so wrong it hurts

that's true of a lot of kits. hell the weapon platforms have the same guns as wraithlords so i can save on magnets

box of acolytes, box of neophytes, box of genestealers, probably some vehicles

I know I probably should wait till Kill Team General's up, but what's the best way in Kill Team to counter a mainly Cultist CSM list using only Tac Marines?

Flamers and HBolters?

>want a khorne force
>GW still hasn't released any 40k khorne troops

consider flamer, but be careful with that since if they are WAAC enough to spam cultists then you can bet they will be spread out a ton

alternatively if you can get pistol + ccw on as many as possible that can be alright too. Cultists only have one wound and marines strike first, allowing them to shoot one cultist then charge another

more boots on the table with bolters is never bad

heavy bolter is only worth it if you give them the split fire rule via the kill team specialist. Otherwise it will kill the same number of cultists as a bolter while costing more points.

>only tac Marines

Can't help you there beyond telling you to take as many bodies as possible then fill in with special weapons.

Personally, I'd take pic related, but that doesn't help you.

Berserkers are troops if you have a lord with mark of khorne

You can convert some of the fantasy/AOS Khorne models but it's really not the same.
>tfw bought a juggerlord for my KDK thinking it'd be a multipart plastic kit I could convert easily and it turned out to be a shitty finecrap model with the entire lord's body being one piece and I could only change the head and arms

That's where you start from strach and make a bloodborne themed khorne army.

>Remember when Veeky Forums were talking about how the Wraith Knight was a point sink when it was released in 6th?

No because I didn't go on Veeky Forums, but I've seen the shit you're describing so often with so many different games that I'm not surprised

Veeky Forums is almost universally shit at games - there's often one or two good players in a general but other than that some guy reads a leak, thinks "big numbers lmao!" and then flips out, causing hundreds of bad players to parrot his supposedly educated opinion

Ynnari looks good on paper, but they also lose battle focus and power from pain. They also seem completely snowbally. They could be very strong because base eldar are strong, but the fucking book got leaked earlier today for fucks sake, everything at this point is just wild speculation.

The leaked fluff alone is repulsive and so Imperialboo.

Kind of makes sense that Ynneads master plan is just unfucking the imperium and having a defacto alliance rather than some slim odds gambit of doing some convoluted cataclysmic ritual that would destroy the universe or whatever if it fails.

It's fw way of teaching you to man the fuck up and use greenstuff to fix the original problem

why the fuck u complaining

There is already
>Eldar
>Deldar
>Harlequins
Yep all there. All the gay elf fags.

Anyone have experience with a Mastadon in a regular 40k Space Marine army? Also, dumb question, is there a rule somewhere about LoW not being able to be more than 25% of you army?

any updates on qt 3.14 Sindari?

Elf fags getting mad that their army comes in another form of cheese.
Sorry mate, more reasons for people not to play with you, not less.

Where did the elf touch you necrofag?

ouch, should've gotten a plastic juggernaut or skullcrusher. it's odd that we've had daemonic mounts for chaos marines at least a decade but never had models. well actually we got sorcerors (possibly) lords on screamers now

>Being this bad at converting
You don't deserve a cool model, if you can't even clip the body off and replace with another model.
Also, not doing your research.

its ok user...
8th is soon... just... hold out hope.

or find a group that actually enjoys casual, fun games.

>riled up
>orky durability
>fire points: none
>perfect unit
>"did me mention that he's mad"
>only invulnerable save also effects enemy models
>can't get any worse
> does

Don't listen to TG, just play your Orks. Outside of competitive play, they are fine.

Anybody have the Crusade Imperialis Army list link?

i was more pissed about kustom force field

Is that even a real question?

Here's another thing to consider: what role does a 24ppm 2+/6++ model serve in an army of 12ppm 3+/6++ models?

don't play orks silly

collect them and love them, but don't play them

>Crying like a little bitch
>Not mobbing up and bein ded ard in da face of a good fight

go out and give those try hard eldar and marines bloody noses you git

I would rather lose every game than bow to craftworld puritans

Ynnari and Craftworlders should be flayed just enough so they can't run away to their stones or demonic God

thats a propa' ork armee

>checks but no dags
those boys are gits

What army do you think is best to represent a force of repentant Fallen Angels between Dark Angels or vanilla Space Marines? I'm leaning SM just so I could take Cypher, but I'd like to get some opinions.

I'm not looking to be competitive, I just want a fluffy army.

On a scale of Iron Hands to Dark Mechanicum, how heretical would Deimos pattern razorback be?

...

CSM Alpha Legion, possibly.

I'd fuck that Banshee

Couldn't impregnate her, but I would certainly fuck her

his name is Barr'E

>Ward returns to GW
>Thousand Sons lose their defining trait to Mary Sue Who

HE'S DOING IT AGAIN!

>Look Mom I posted it again!

Just got into the game and bought a start collecting set of Orks, what am I in for with these guys?

Having trouble figuring out how Hit & Run works, I get that you can leave combat at the end of the assault if you pass your Initiative test. My question is, what if I charge and outright kill the unit, am I left in the middle of the open or may I still Hit& Run for the 3d6'' move?

Eh, not too heretical. Anything that old is basically grandfathered in past tech-heresy concerns.

>implying it was Ward
>not Phil "Eldar power makes you cower" Kelly

You have to still be locked in combat at the end of the assault phase. So yes, if you wipe out your opponent you cannot h&r. You will still be able to consolidate though.

A really fun game and a lovely hobby stuff! Just make sure you have someone tech you instead of try to grind all the hope from your soul.

I thought Kelly was a fluff guy?

Works for me, even the males are basically females

Okay gotcha. I was thinking that's how it worked since I was no longer locked in combat to use hitNrun but was having doubts, thanks for clearing that up.

Great models, fun fluff, and an uphill battle in game. Ork are cool, but pretty weak atm. Take your collecting slow and hope new rules come to help them soon.

Ork models have a lot of expression on them and they are really fun to collect and paint. The hobby potential with orks is really awesome and a lot of fun.

But don't try to actually play orks. The rules for them are horribly written and they do very very poorly as a result.

Different user, but ideally with HnR, you want to assault, get locked in combat, and then use HnR on your opponent's turn. That way, you cover an insane amount of ground while being safe from shooting.

thanks for the heads up

depending on how serious or casual your local scene is, orks might have the ability to do alright

Orks are also better if your local 40k groups play with the correct amount of terrain, but people very rarely do from what I have seen. Tau players usually get pissy if there is more than one or two terrain features on a table.

the store overall seems pretty casual, and the table that they use has a lot of buildings from what i can tell

Remember when the gorkamorkanaut came out before its rules and people were all kinds of hopeful and then it was shit?

What should I do for combi-weapons for my CSM termies, model wise? I need combi-plas and maybe a set of melta.

Will the Blood Ravens rush to Terra after the fall of Cadia, or will they rush to Guilliman at Ultramar? Or will it be a bit of both - Captain Diomedes leading 1st and 4th companies to Terra, while Gabe takes the rest to Ultramar?

Could someone give me an idea on whether to use power axes or swords for honor guard with a list like this? (or criticism of the list in general)

Obviously power axes + invisiblity would do wonders but I don't know how reliable that would be, or how much I would have to worry about AP2 weapons in general if I do use unwieldy weapons, and wanted a general idea before I got the models and assembled them.

>footdar is bad and no one uses dark reapers

wait, but Veeky Forums told me both were good and it's not like Veeky Forums would lie to me

If you have money to buy bits? Axes
If you don't have money? Swords

Killed off by Jain Zar and Biel-Tani Ynnari.

I buy combiweapons off ebay and do a little surgery at the wrist. I've always preferred the vertical syle of combiweapon over the horizontal style anyway.

you will probably do fine playing orks if they are casual

if your opponent's army list contains any of the following be prepared for a loss right away though:
>Tau
>Craftworld Eldar
>Gladius Strike Force
>Skyhammer Annihilation Force
>Beltharius Cawl

If you're really lazy? Glue combi bits on top of regular combi-bolters
If you're just lazy? Buy bits like If you want to put in some effort? Take one half of the combi-bolter out and replace with a properly fitted combi or pistol bit.

Thanks user, not in a rush to get everything so getting bits is fine,

Using it at the end of my opponent's assault phase? Now that I did not know.

Should i finish my dark eldar or mech guard army?

Finish them both. Also start three new armies.

I've started five armies but finished none

>start 3 more

This happened to me, then i started 3 more

Don't worry user, I've got about 11, very few of which are in any state to play with.

>tfw Sisters, Deldar, CSM/Legion, Daemons, Sylvaneth, and Wood Elves

Kill me.

Yeah but you could have eight armies. That's checkmate.

They're an elite close combat unit that will go toe to toe with Vanguard Vets (2+ gives them the statistical advantage even when the vets get the charge), who have an affordable, heavily armored assault vehicle to get them where they need to be.

>Complaining about a free expensive resin model

Fucking /40kg/, is there anything you faggots don't complain about?

What is the best way to use Guard blobs and Heavy Weapons?

I feel like I'm wasting the Lasguns when I put Lascannons or Autocannons into the blobs because I'm going to be mostly shooting at tanks and walkers. It feels good against MCs since the Lasguns can wound them, but most of the time it feels like a waste of First Rank Fire Second Rank Fire.

I'd prefer to do Heavy Weapon Squads, but they are so expensive and so frail. However, they are allow my blobs to do FRFSRF while the Heavy Weapon Squads benefit from Fire on my Target. Not to mention the blobs can tie things up in close combat while the HWS shoot at other targets.

I'm not really sure which is better.

If you're using heavy weapon teams in an infantry squad, you should think of it less as wasted guns and more as extra cheap wounds

The Defiler is no longer available on GW's website.

Should I panic?

why would they sunset this kit? it doesn't make sense

did they accidentally drop the master molds? Should I sell my unpainted defiler on ebay for big bucks?

I can see it in the UK store. Maybe a glitch?

No
>Not getting a Plague Hulk from FW instead
Loser.

Probably going to make a boxy replacement, or do a re-release with traitor flavor bits like a Tzeentch head

>Nurgle filth

No thanks.
