Will the Fallen Angels get their own Chapter Tactics? Will they be a full army with their own Relics?

What will they play like if they do?

cool model

they should be like the soul drinkers. neither chaos or IOM aligned

what would that mean rules wise?

although i know in 30k there were armies of space marines like that. dont know if they got rules though

Blackshields still exist in Death Watch.

The Fallen generally act alone or in very small groups. I dont think there is a single instance of them opperating in a large enough force to be considered a warband. Also they have been consistently picked off for the past 10k years so I doubt there are even enough left at this point

>Half a Legion defects
>picked off here and there
>doubt there are even enough left

>they should be like the soul drinkers

You mean the chapter that makes the avenging sons look good?

did you not read the link? the black shields in 30k were armies

blackshields in the death watch are just individual marines who serve the IOM

totally different things although the 30k version is maybe where the 40k version gets its roots

A few points
>A few Legion exiles and their recruits does no half a Legion make
>The bulk of the Unforgiven have spent ten thousand years scouring the galaxy for them
Aside from Cypher most of them have probably been rounded up by now
