My prediction is yes and next on the list is going to be the lion, remember he never recieved a forgeworld primarch model and is technically still alive much like guilliman was.
I feel like the only reason they brought back the ultramarines primarch first is because he is basically like a second emperor.

the lion was one of the first legions to respond to the heresy as a whole, if it wasnt for his legions efforts, even with the massive fuckery that happened internally, the imperium would surely have fallen

They just haven't gotten to him yet. AFAIK, there aren't even stats for him yet, so the lack of model for Dorn or Alpharius is the bigger problem.

think rationally for a second, the dark angels chapter hates chaos probably more than any other chapter right now. They love their primarch ALMOST as much as they love to serve the imperium and regain the honor due to the fallen.
The dark angels are constantly trying to prove themselves and make up for their past through blind devotion and service to humanity, there is absolutely zero chance they will betray the imperium
lets just look at their table top rules for a second, they are structured as an anti-chaos force due to all the buffs (Such as preferred enemy and hatred chaos) wich are all designed to be against chaos as a whole. They have special rules, formations, and their own psyker discipline totally geared towards fucking over chaos. Their is 0% chance that GW is just gonna say "hey lets totally restructure the dark angels as a traitor force, redoing all their formations, disciplines, and special rules"
If GW did this they would essentially kill the dark angels as we know it and replace it with a basically new army. Also take into consideration that not too long ago they release Dark Vengeance which not only sold very well, but is also about he dark angels against chaos, they are not going to just piss in all dark angels faces by changing that so rapidly.

the angels may hate chaos but it doesn't mean that they primarch also goes on the same way, no one knows what happened to make lion being thrown onto the core of the rock and being guarded 24/7 hours per day by the watchers of the dark, and why luther knew that something was fishy to do that.
who knows if he's being tainted and the watchers and the DA are trying to undo that, since childhood the 4 tried to seduce him using the beasts of caliban, and they almost got it until the emperor came up
examine well his motto, he's been fighting against chaos since he gained the DA even if he's tainted, he's fighting chaos, but the more he fough chaos the more he started to fight against everything else, to the point that he started to loss sanity, the boil point was caliban.
in fact, the DA if someday they spit and 1 half becomes chaos, they would make sense as servants of Malal.

It's more that it's been presented ambiguously since 2E. Yes, they're loyalists, but after 10,000 years they're still basically functioning as a single Legion in defiance of the Codex, while pretending they're split up and secretly pursuing their own agenda.
At this point like 70% of all loyalist Space Marines are Ultramarines-derived, so the idea that the DA are just chasing down the Fallen is kind of hollow. It just wouldn't be a big deal to discover some of them were traitors a long time ago; they've got to be hiding something else.
But then that's the point of secret societies - the Space Masons' Ultra-Supreme-Grand-Masters are probably just a bunch of overweight middle-aged fellas who get together once in a while to drink and watch a bit of porn somewhere their wives and kids won't walk in on them.
But if you tell the whole Chapter that then it'll get out to outsiders too, so you've got to keep it mysterious.
