As of 2017 three states have legalized online gambling. New Jersey and Delaware have legalized all casino gambling, while Nevada has just legalized poker. However, it is expected that all casino gambling will be legalized soon in the Silver State.

Nobody knows what news it will be and how it will effect value... but what can be said is that for the next two days the stability of value for this coin will be decent and pointing towards an upward trend. If you need solid place to put an investment at this point, up and until the announcement FUN is a good bet.

If this is fundamentally a utility token which players are supposed to buy in order to play, and also receive for winning, what sense does it make to be volatile? Even if it's upwards.

I invested, but I feel like this is going to be like investing in DNT. An investment in amazing tech that does not bear fruit because of its function as a utility token. At an 11 billion max supply, I want this to succeed, but I have no economic clue as to why it would attain a $1 valuation. I know that Mike Novogratz also invested.

they already burned 6 billion so the effective token supply is 4.2ish billion. casinos will big token reserves to pay out winnings.

Tokens will be burned every time a FunFair game closes and FunFair may manually burn more tokens like they have in the past (they burned over 6 billion FUN in October)

Also, FUN will rise because of simple supply/demand. The more people want to play FunFair games or need to buy funds to host their own casino, the higher the price of the token will rise due to the finite amount of FUN on the market and the number of people willing to sell at a given price.
