Reminds me; one of my players is a really big wrestling fan, playing half-orc barbarian. Problem is, I know nothing of wrestling and it's also not that flippant of a campain, but still want her to have fun during the game. Should I add situations akin to wrestling in combat or should I refrain because it's stupid/lack of subjecknowledge/wrestling and pathfinder doesn't go together?

It's fun to have fun and making a grappling monk like is probably the best way to do it.
But I don't envy you in the slightest having to go through the grappling rules.

Then look up the art of the heel. Build up an antagonist that flaunts and taunts and play up their mild dickishness as the worst thing ever. Pose it as someone the PC would oppose naturally and give them an opportunity to challenge. Focus having their attacks cause more damage if they're called/played up in advance. Make it a strong battle but one won without killing them.

Then later bring them back to be killed by an even more badass brawler with an edgier name.

I did a campaign once where everyone was a wrestler. It was a very, very, silly campaign. We were all Barbarians(except the Warlock) who had a few levels in Bard and we traveled from city to city putting on wrestling shows with the Warlock acting the Heel. And we'd go solving mysteries on the side.

That's up to the players. If the players want a super cereal role-play, then don't.
If they want to just have some fun and don't mind some tongue-in-cheek play, then go for it.

Alternatively, make a bad guy like this with a personality the players have a grudging respect to, if not outright like a little, even as he's being bad - purely because of his charisma.

Then have him turn face and help them against a bigger evil at the last possible moment.
