Sure, you just can't use usd on binance. I already had a gdax account prior, these are the only 2 exchanges I'm familiar with. Maybe other Anons can help with a faster place to buy eth.

why cant you just send ETH straight to Binance from Coinbase? Don't need verification to buy w/ a card

GDAX and Coinbase are like sister sites or some shit, so if you buy on Coinbase, you should have no troubles transferring it into GDAX unless you have verification issues (which I did so I said fuck it and moved to Binance). It took maybe 10 minutes tops to buy and transfer the ETH from Coinbase to Binance.
