Holy shit kill yourself.
Like you don't want to play a campaign that could be described as Def Jam 3: Snoop Lich's Return.
this is a shit thread but i'd go for rap that has harpsichord in the beat
its poetry set to folk music and work songs user, its as fantasy as folk metal is
>Rap
>Not rock or even electronic
Why would you do this to yourself?

Best I could do from my actual collection. Don't know any of the memey shit as I avoid that branch of nerd culture like the fucking plague.
Seconded. Discovered that guy here. He deserves some prase if only for being different. You could try Masta Buildas for a more esoteric flavor.
>Masta Buildas
listening to historian and masta right now, holy shit this is good stuff.
this won't fit INTO your game due to names of locations etc., but it might just be the best damn pirate song ever

Doing a bang up job by being on Veeky Forums.
A hard fight for sure, but surrender is for the weak.

Elevate your musical tastes if you're going to post on this board.

>not the MOTHERFUCKING WIZARDS NEVER DIE bit
Actually, rhythm and flow have always been vital parts of poetry. As one who had to endure hours of scansion in Latin class, I can vouch for that.
So there is really nothing wrong in imagining a verbal joust between bards, each trying to impress his audience with his wit and amazing flow!
Think of the norse skalds, or the french troubadours or whatever else a bard called itself throughout history.
It doesn't have to be as silly as A Knight's Tale, if you use your FUKKEN IMAGINATION, you moron, you.
>Californian
Oh, of course. Didn't seem quite Dixie, that makes sense. Eastern California is like that.
Rap is literally just a modern negro version of flyting.
Sounded good until the rap started.
Pretty sure me jolly noggin grog is the best sea song. Rap isn't really pirating anyway, might as well put up the lazy town song.
>Elevate your musical tastes
>from the guy posting touristy "folk" music arranged to sound "mystical"
Rap isn't actually new at all and multiple cultures can have the same idea.
I prefer Liberio Me From Hell for difficult boss fights
That doesn't make it any more appealing though.
Yeah, we all know the only proper music for fantasy is Dragon Force and videogame soundtracks
This kind of a copout, but also my favorite answer.
