it isnt max (i.e you cant just make the probability of victory 100%) but it allows for the impossible (surviving gae bolg, dodging Tsubame Gaeshi)

so it would make the servant quite resilient to instagibs, but isn't consistent enough to allow one to dodge a straight up assault
