So I want some cloths or something for my mk6 vet squad.

I gave one of them the loincloth without purity seals from my tac box. Any other bits I could look for? Maybe from other manufacturers?

DA vet kit comes with 3 MkVI legs with robes.

I've noticed that pure tabards are a bit less common in bits stores. It's usually either leather straps, chainmail or fur pelts. I'd love a nice long tabard piece to hand from a Marine's belt. Maybe look into some Eldar kits? I think wraithguard have some tabards, though they might have to get cut down to size.

I see that nobz have a good looking one. Are these too big?

Asking more Mechanicum-related questions in an autistic stream: I'm thinking of taking wo units of Thallax as compulsory troops, 4 per unit with Tank Hunters and 1 Plasma Fusil, is that decent? What to take after that? More Thallax? Secutarii in land trains? What heavy support choices are worth taking? I've got my eye on Thanatars and Krios Venators, any anons with input on how they perform on the table? When might the Arlatax come out? When might 30k Skitarii come out? Who will take home the title belt at Malice Above the Palace M31?

Why are you taking tank hunter then giving them plasma fusils, an anti infantry weapon? Why not a photon thruster at that point? After that, if you're taking Thallax as compulsory you're going Reductor, so Artillery Tanks are great. Hoplites in a macrocarid can also be good. Krios Venators are overall great. Don't bother with Thanatar in the Reductor list, just go artillery tanks.

Hey R'myr, I was reprimanded by one of the legion's techmarines because I replaced the cyclone missile launcher on my cataphractii terminator armor with a darkfire cannon and by cobbling together a combilas-volkite and using that instead of the usual combibolter + power weapon issue.

Don't take the Tank hunters upgrade. Give them Rending and Chainblades, and do squads of 4-5 for best results. They'll be scary

As for your other guys, choices are wide open. If you're running OR then the Artillery Tank, Myrmidons, and Trios are good Heavy options. Secutarii in a pain train will also do you good, maybe mix around with walking peltasts laying down back/midfield fire (hammershot is good) and some Hoplites jetting in on an Arvus/pain train.

Just make sure your list has unity, everything should work in tandem, not solely by itself. Think big picture (and be realistic) about what you'll lose and what can replace it.

Anyone else hoping that Orks get introduced to 30k with the White Scars in a book covering the whole chondax to prospero story arc and the run-ins with the death guard, the alpha legion, and their own traitors?

I'd really like to see the serious side of orks and their brutality via forgeworld.
