Indeed. Although, technically Enlarge/Reduce person is a separate effect that someone else can cast and concentrate on, so you could go a step above Huge (or a step below [smaller than mechanically defined])

Pathfinder has a fairly popular 3pp supplement called Spheres of Power. Alteration magic can change you multiple size categories either way, be made permanent, turn targets into fully aware objects or convince them to have the mind of whatever you turn them into. Some of those are advanced effects, but you can get them all eventually. Also a casting class specialized in transformative effects.

First time you take the talent for it you can only do plant and animal matter or similar hardness materials. Leather, cotton, wood, etc. You can take it again for glass, stone and metal. Same size limit as your normal Alteration spell, so grab the size change talent for making small or big stuff. Complex items are doable if you have the skill.

This isn't even my magical realm, but it sounds fun to play. Why create the hassle of corpses when your former enemies can become a trunk, the wagon that carries the trunk, and(assuming there's a Polymorphesque variation) the horse that pulls the wagon?

Oh hell yes. This is a much better alternative than asking to play a Giant or huge monster and hoping it fits the specific campaign context the GM had in mind. And that's a handful less balance issues to worry about. (Still plenty, but oh well)
