Logan by himself is already horrendously overcosted for what little he do he's literally a chapter master without orbital bombardment and with a powerfist and frost blade he can divide his attacks between each combat phase, with the sled he cost as much as a Wrightknight to become an easy target since you can't hide him in a unit

And the rules for the sled are actually pretty nice too
