They were focusing a lot on multicolor, so a card with BBB in the casting cost wouldn't get reprinted unforuntately.

You should be hired for WotC's marketing, this idea is diamonds.

They design the sets with a focus on making it a good draft format, naturally some cards that need reprints will be omitted due to not fitting in.

They make some exceptions (Daybreak Coronet, Blood Moon), but overall a card with a heavy single color won't get printed in a set that tries to make people draft 2-3 color decks.

Have you tried Possessed Portal? If it survives to your next round you will have made +11 CA by that time or even more if you can get an Ophiomancer to stick as well.

My Liliana deck finally got a Damnation, and now we got this motherfucker coming.

So is Daxos the Returned any good? I like the idea of building Enchantments and I was hoping to have a commander with green in it, for all those fun enchantment boosters. Though someone who can pump out Enchantments to trigger constellation and give me an army does sound good.

He's slow but love him. Skybind is GOAT for the deck, although my current build for him focuses more on him being a Zombie than the enchantments.

Oh shit, I didn't even notice he's a Zombie and a Soldier. That actually opens up a fair few cool pathways with him and Enchantments for the tribes.

Here's my casual, no combo list. Based around keeping them always at 2 or less to make use of Mentor of the Meek and Break Through the Line

She is literally built the same way every time, use Google.

I's a very budget and needs some simple things like master of cruelties. Not entirely updated I've put in some tax creatures and hushwing gryff style cards, then taken some out and I haven't kept track of what.

Not really, but Scrap Trawler is the best thing to ever happen to cheap sacrifice based artifact decks.

Once dropped a KCI on turn 3 with some mana rocks, sacrificed two, played Scrap Trawler and magically drew my entire deck and made a shitload of mana recurring my cantrip artifacts, and each time I sacrificed a cantrip artifact I got back my mox opal or mana crypt for another 3-4 mana.

No. You can tap as many as you want activating the ability the first time, but after the vehicle is a creature you're SOL.

i am sorry if it's not your element, but i can't think of a stronger way to do black than putting in some comboes/synergies and finding them every game with tutors.Even if the cards you tutor for are over your budget, being able to tutor them effectively gives you 3-5 copies of them into your deck at the price of one.

it's a way, other than grave pact, to touch hexproof creatures.

_a_ Smokestack isn't sufficient to stop anyone, and your deck can barely interact with non-creature strategies. If you actually want to Stax them out, you're going to have pack some more sources. Descent Into Madness, Necrogen Mist, Bottomless Pit, Oppression, Liliana of the Veil, Contaminion, Desolation, Pox, Smallpox, Winter Orb, Torpor Orb, Grafdigger's Cave and Cursed Totem, and if you're rich then Tabernacle, Nether Void, The Abyss and Chains of Mephistopheles.

Really though, I don't think Macar is really that great as a Stax general. It's a lot of effort to get advantage out of him, and it's not even that easy to get use of the Gold. So just play him like a normal man. Get a Forbidden Orchard and/or Eternal Scourge to always have a target in a pinch, power out large spells with Inspiring Statuary and Blinkmoth Urn (plus the traditional black methods), draw a bunch with Reprocess. If you feel fancy then go spicy with Kuldotha Forgemaster, Clock of Omens, Mycosynth Lattice, Paradox Engine and co.

Your general is repeatable removal that stockpiles mana. Just fuel all that gold into straight murder or wacky artifact shenanigans.
