I mean. Juiblex lives inside the Abyss so i assumed they arent abberations since those come from the far realm. I suppose it is a bit odd that "ooze" is a monster type in itself. theyre a self contained family of garbage/adventurer eating pseudopodic whatchamacallits.

Actually, some Aberrations are magical mistakes of the scientific horror kind, and some are creatures that exceed any form of lateral description other than that term, and there are a certain degree of aberrations with ooze-like qualities.

Most Oozes simply Are, for a better term to describe them.
