Oracles are centralized if you pull from one. You need 2 or more to be decentralized. High value smart contracts will want to pull from hundreds if not thousands of oracles and aggregate the answers. Blockchain agnostic means chainlink can plugin to any blockchain so it doesnt care which blockchain is successful. Aeternity needs to be sucessful for it to be successful. I doubt it will get much adoption IMO but hey more power to ya.
