I like this altho it feels a bit confused about whatever it wants your realm to be small and part of the world or giant and universe in itself. Also your population isn't limited at all so feel free to buy no area upgrades and drop 1000 billion people onto earth. (So what that you can 'abuse' it like this, cyoas shouldn't need hundred page document about what you can and can't do).
