i want to put together a super friends deck because i have a shit load of random planeswalkers laying around. is it worth it to have a 5 color commander like child of alara over atraxa for that i can use red or is the extra color not worth it in place of the constant proliferate and flying beater?

its more of the proliferate trigger and just having a body with s hit load of key words early to protect the walkers. youd be surprised how scared people are of death touch

Deathtouch+flying makes for a great rattlesnake, and vigilance+lifelink is free value. Her keyword soup is about as brainlessly efficient as it gets.

Add to that the stupidly good proliferate synergy with planeswalkers and most red planeswalkers being shitty burn Chandras, the choice is obvious.

So I'm making a grixis deck built around donating permanents, and I'm wondering what would be a better donate target between these 3:
Midnight oil
Grafted skullcap
Avaricious dragon

Midnight oil I can take advantage of for a bit before donating, but it's the hardest permanent type to give away. Grafted skullcap is easier to give away but I can't take advantage of it and need to give it away instantly. Avaricious dragon is the easiest permanent type to donate but I also need to donate it instantly, and I'm giving my opponent a creature, which is easy to get rid of.

So, what would be the best one?

I currently plan to build my third commander deck. Both my decks are kinda Timmy (Ob Nixilis the Fallen and Captain Sisay) so i want to go for something less/not creature oriented.
I want to put U and R in the new deck but I'm open to aditional colors.
So far Shu Yun (would probably end up as a semi-Timmy deck again) or Narset catched my attention.

Anyone uses one of them? Are they fun to play ?
I'm also looking for other intresting generals that go with UR.

While I don't condone it, the user you quoted isn't wrong. The tripfags around here generally are pretty tame and regular contributors. It is a different culture compared to other boards.

I've been brewing an idea in my head all of today for a 5 color colorless deck. Essentially every card's mana cost contains no colored symbols, but they they activated abilities that are colored; thin door to nothingness or composite golem.

Has anyone tried something like this before? Has it worked for you? What would be some super secret tech for a deck like this?
